It was super clean and comfortable the nature and surroundings was just beautiful.
The restaurant- we were recommended the restaurant and it was not good at all. The cost more than the accommodation and it was terrible. I never give negative feedback however the food was not cooked properly. The flavours did not mix the staff for amazing but the menu was very very disappointing.

Lovely location. Helpful staff.
Room a bit dated.

Great location, been travelling there for years. The resort is great with great facilities and the golf course is amazing.
The rooms are now tired, the lights were confusing and unpleasant, the tv system dated and useless and the toilet has no door. Time for a renovation, especially at the prices they are charging.

Hotel and grounds were amzing
Bed was very soft, sunk into the middle often

Beautiful view from the room over the golf course, great space both on the chateau grounds and in the room. Room clean, cozy, large with spacious bathroom and spa tub. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance, giving you plenty of choice. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Would love to spend more than one night there
Everything was fine.

Area
Breakfast unable to get a coffee. Told to buy one as it would take 10 mins to make one. Said I would wait 10 mins. After 10 mins still no coffee went and asked and told they had ran out of coffee beans??? Yet serving coffee in the bar but not willing to make one for an inclusive breakfast. Pretty poor

Location and spacious room
The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Too soft and 2 king singles pushed together with a big hump in the middle

The staff were lovely and welcoming. We booked the studio villa which was nice and cozy. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable for a short weekend getaway. However, I think these villas are due for an upgrade.
Complimentary toiletries could have been catered for a couple rather a single person.
The shower head of the shower in our bathroom was not the correct one - it was the nozzle you would use to wash down your dog when you give them a bath.

We arrived on a 40 degree day, the fact that our room was ready and the air conditioning was already on was amazing. The room itself was beautifully laid out and the additional touches were much appreciated. The staff were engaging and very courteous.
The buffet breakfast. The bacon was cold, the poached eggs were cold and the coffee from the pots was undrinkable. Overall the hot food in the buffet breakfast could have been warmer. In addition the toaster did not ‘toast’.

Room set-up was perfect for us.
May need some refurbishment soon. Sections of the carpet was worn.

The suite we had at Chateau Elan is a great layout and well appointed with lounge, dining and kitchenette. It was an easy walk to Nineteen for a wide variety of food and drinks.
The room felt tired - very cracked bathroom sink, mold around shower, corroded mirror, loose kitchen sink tap, toilet roll holder looked broken.

Room size was big. Beds were very comfortable. The pizza bar had a great atmosphere.

A gorgeous room, separate bedroom. Plenty of space. Nice balcony overlooking golf course. Kitchenette was sufficient for a weekend.
Bed was very comfortable

Nothing.

The location is ideal.
The apartment #5 was very tired and run down, certainly not a five star rating. Cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom including old fixtures and fittings with paint peeling from the walls.

Spacious room with balcony and spa bath.
Excellent buffet breakfast and dining options. We chose a bar meal and sat outside - perfect!
Very friendly staff.

Location was great. Size of rooms was fantastic.
Hotel rooms and restuarant in need of renovations. State of bathrooms was poor given price and rating for hotel. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Buffet breakfast was poor and way below expecations for price.

What an amazing place
Nothing every thing was amazing
8.0 / 10.0
The room was inviting and clean, the bed was comfortable due to the size and firmness of the matress.
the price could've been better. The streaming from personal device to the TV was unwatchable potentially due to the internet speed and we had to watch it on our personal device.

The experience
Being picked up by buggies
Restaurant food excellent but menu bit limited
No toaster in apartment an issue for us as oven grill takes too long. Washing machine complicated - no instructions left. Asked Ckeaning staff - the only one who knew set it for me but took 3 hours and nearly ruined clothes.
To clarify we are older and stayed 10 days

The property was well maintained with a good variety of activities to partake in or places to sit and enjoy the views.
We had a room overlooking the entrance which was a busy hub of cars coming and going and although we weren't disturbed at night, if we stayed again, we would request a golf course view.
