The layout of the apartment allowed sufficient privacy to both bedrooms and bathrooms. It was nice having a balcony accessible from the main living area and bedroom at each end. The gas heater in the sitting room was easy to use, warming the apartment quickly and effectively. The pool looked inviting, shame we forgot our swimmers! The very short walk to The Vintage and Chateau Elan and cafe/restaurant Nineteen was super convenient.
It would have been so nice to have a Nespresso machine or similar in the apartment. We brought our own but that is not always possible or convenient.

The accommodation was nice and had all facilities needed for our stay including the laundry which was handy with children. otherwise it was easy to get to the pool and had most things you could need for a weekend stay.
I think the food at the nineteen bar could be better, it was quite pricey for what you got. $7 for sour dough toast that wasnt really cooked properly wasn't great. Also the pasta was overcooked and the mushroom one tatsed like it was cooked in a burnt butter oil pan that wasn't pleasant to eat. I just thought it was rather expensive for a one bedroom apartment also as the kids didn't have their own bed but a sofa bed. we did see a few cockroaches roaming at one stage but saw a few bug catches around the apartment. Also there were an array of mushrooms grown in the back yard and we weren't sure if they were poisonous, so I made sure my kids didn't go near them.

Very nice clean apartment. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet. Lap pool was excellent. Could do with a couple of food venues within the complex.
No fine dining.

We did not go out for breakfast. We made our own breakfast in the apartment.
This was our second stay at the apartments. On both occasions we had to have the quilt replaced as it was stained.

Excellent location of property
Good layout in the apartment
Well heated and well ventilated
Furnishings clean
At check in we should have been asked if stairs were an issue for us. We attended a wedding and associated functions and had a lot of luggage, even though we were 2 adults and a child. The stairs were very hard!
Carpet could use a good clean - it is very noticeably dirty
Reception area (drive in and parking) is a nightmare as it’s under construction and cars driving in and out we’re using the same narrow entrance. It’s an accident waiting to happen at the moment!
