Great facilities in the Vintage estate - loved "Nineteen" and the fact that it was within walking distance.
Nothing really - just very disappointed in the Accor group with my booking experience.

For three couples, the lovely new townhouse with Kingbeds & Ensuites to each was fantastic- the kangaroos across the back yard was an added bonus! The Townhouses are enough from other guests not to disturb each other, and a short walk to dinner and drinks!
I enquired on arrival about booking for the restaurant- the staff member assumed I meant the bistro that is part of the same business & advised no need to book. I actually meant Chateau Elan on the same property (no way for a guest to conclude they weren't the same business) and there was certainly a need to book- I realised his mistake later that night & tried to book at Chateau Elan via email & then by phoning- noone from that restaurant ever replied to me.

Loved the cleanliness of the property and the use of king size beds in each of the three bedrooms and each had its own ensuite. The location was just an 8 minute drive to Peterson House and Harringtons Hotel. The Nineteen Restaurant was handy with a good selection of food and drink. The westerly aspect at the back made for pleasant outdoor breakfast and lunches. Nice to see the kangaroos out the back at dusk. High ceiling in living area great for photographs.
The numbering system of the houses made it difficult to find.

The Proximity to the pool/restaurant was great, ease of access to apartment and use of lock up garage was also really nice. Apartment was roomy and kids loved it. Trip with the family so not much golfing but it would have been a golfers dream stay. Short distance drive to Hunter Valley Gardens, the zoo and restaurants and boutique shops. Nothing was ever really too much of a hassle to get around to. We will definitely come back again.
Mostly child related feedback. Staying with a family of young kids and being on the top floor, it really needs an optional gate to close at the top of the stairs when trying to keep little ones in. Also the table next to the void is really a bit dangerous, some kids could easily climb onto that and try to get over it potentially. I found the block out drop curtains to be a bit annoying aswell but not a big deal.
Also some stains on the blinds, and the fridge wasn't very cold. Overall a great stay though.

Great location and golf resort. Unit was ok and contained what we required for a short stay. Loved having our own garage.
Dated units / facilities and cleanliness was not great - e.g. bathrooms, balcony and blinds.
Pool was uninviting, and I wouldn’t have gone in if it weren’t for my son’s begging.
No coffee machine, just good, old “International Roast”.
No good option for meals/dining at the resort. I’d steer away from the in-site eateries and drive a few minutes to avoid disappointment.

Great location
Property not as clean as we expected, and is expensive to stay in.

The property was beautiful - Spacious, modern & luxurious! Staff were so friendly and accomodating, the sunset from our home was amazing and the huge open kitchen and lounge layout meant we could all utilise the space. Will come back!
Our sink was leaking from the bottom and blocked but staff were apologetic and we’re onto fixing it immediately.

The hairdryer was had a noisy fan.
I requested a replacement which was provided immediately.
I requested a firmer pillow and was advised to look in the cupboard which I had already done. There was only 1 spare soft pillow. Staff said there were no more pillows available.

Grand Mecure The Vintage exceeded our expectations. We were fortunate to get upgraded to one of the new 3 bedroom houses. It was absolutely fantastic.
View of the golf course was lovely. Kangaroos coming up every morning and afternoon.
Staff were very friendly.
Pool was great.
Only one small complaint and that was our pillows were not comfortable at all.

It was very well presented, clean and a lovely location.
The apartment we stayed in overlooked the golf course which was nice. The kids loved watching the kangaroos come up nice and close to us.

property was immaculate
there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property. If I was forced to pick something, and it was minor I would say, Pillows were a little thick

We got the 3 bedroom lodge and everything was perfect. The property was full of all essential items, everything was good quality. The house was very clean and tidy. Reception staff were also kind and helpful. Thank you
Maybe adding nets to the outdoor section as heaps of bugs come out at night or putting more pest control outdoors. The inside was clean though.
