Excellent stay, comfy and clean

Lovely room with good layout, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff were upbeat and professional. Free lolly bar at reception was a fun touch and we appreciated the unlimited filtered iced water too. Great spot, can't fault the location.

The hotel car park was full which was a little frustrating on a hot day but there's another (cheaper) one a few doors further along if you get stuck. Best to book ahead if you do need a car spot on site.

Will probably try another hotel in the art series

Rooms and bed comfortable but starting to look old as sink in bathroom worn out and cracks

Booked a room with breakfast and then we had to pay $10 each to get a big breakfast. In the past the breakfast was much better

Staff were friendly

It was cold in the room. Had to run the water for about 3 minutes before it would change to hot in the sink and shower. My sheets had a few small holes in them.

Staycation for friends dream!

I really liked the service, they catered towards our needs and wanted us to be as comfortable as possible. As it was a special occasion they treated us with a birthday surprise for me on the house a bottle of wine!

Bathroom could be fitted with an air exhaust. As when showering the bathroom has no air or ventilation which steams up the bathroom, as its quite small also it gets a little hard to breath.

Lovely checkin staff overpriced for what you receive

The room was small but clean and fine

For the price, it was so underwhelming bed was so small and completely uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy and old

it was fine, not amazing, just fine.

Mattress topper was good, but the bed was a double bed.

Old bedside alarm that only takes old iphones to play music. So to play music you go via the TV wwhich has basic speakers and you have to have an awful bright blue screen on when listening to music. Needs updating!

Generous size rooms, modern decor, proximity to shopping etc

Was looking forward to a great nights sleep on the famous art series mattress, and was disappointed the bed didn’t have one. There was no tea bags and milk provided (had to ask for them) and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 10am despite having a late checkout of 1pm.

Great girls weekend stay. Great location

Beautiful property with the art work and decor. There was construction going on but didn’t even realise. Only knew as a tradie got off on the construction level. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the soaps smelt amazing!! Will defiantly stay again
