We are coming back late November, and will definitely stay here again. Hopefully the same room.

Quiet. Loved our room. We had our 2 year old son so we got a room that was spacious for him, spa was great, very tidy, and the staff were great.

Horrible, will never come back, will warn others about it.

Nothing positive about staying here, only continued my stay due to visiting during a public holiday weekend and no alternative being available.

The room was dirty and had a musky smell when I arrived There was no wifi despite no warning prior to arrival, no resolution provided Minimal water pressure and semi blocked showering facilities I spoke to staff about these issues and was offered another room which was in worse condition No follow up by staff to resolve any issues

This motel needs some serious love

We booked the room for the spa pool, and it was probably the only part we enjoyed (thankfully).

The motel is dated. There was no air conditioning. The main bedroom had no overhead lights. There were stains on the floor. The TV was shockingly small. The beds were uncomfortable. The pool was only open from 10am to 5pm (even in the summer months).

Lovely place

People at front desk were really nice and explained everything on arrival. Room was super clean and bigger than what I thought, nice little balcony and the little things meant a lot ie: complimentary bottles of water.

The heated towel rail fell off the wall during the night but was something they may not have been aware of....that it was a bit unstable

Would never stay there again felt unsafe

What we did like was the big spa bath, the beds were comfortable and the gardens were lovely outside,

Room was filthy, and disgusting desperate need of a update, wifi code didn't work the shower flooded the bathroom when in ues, no fan to get rid of stem when shower or bath being used, the hair dryer was a joke horrible,

good for the money and short term stay. Pretty quiet, nice staff. definitely needs some TLC.

Room was quiet enough, decent bed, okay facility.

Bathroom was old. I mean old. They had a hair dryer that looked like something out of a science fiction 1980s movie, which scared me when I was trying to work out what it was. You have to climb up into the bath/shower, if you’re older you might want to ask for a ladder at reception. Pretty outdated room. Lots of interesting people around, didn’t feel too safe leaving my van in the parking lot, couldn’t fit under the tunnel to the parking closer to my room.

I didn't like anything about it!

That the pool was closed. Maybe take the photos of the pool off the website if it's not gonna be open. The spa bath jets didn't work. No sky TV. Heaps of random people walking around. Untidy outside some rooms.

Thank you for lovely stay.

Nice big rooms. And spa bath to die for it was huge. Staff were lovely as always and very helpful and accommodating. Recommend this motel. They do have emergency housing but they did not make their presence known at all unlike other places I have stayed. Only thing I would say is if disabled the shower would be impossible to access as you have to climb into spa to use shower. I'm sure they have rooms that don't have spa so if you are not mobile, ask the lovely staff.

pleasant room and nice big spa bath.

It was obvious some of our neighbours were living permenantly and were quite noisy with children running around the hallway late at night and parties going on in rooms

the people opposite us were incredibly loud throughout the entire night. we informed the office who said they would deal with it and it did not stop.

Staff were lovely. The 2 guys on the reception desk were very friendly.

Pool was not in use. Could hear arguing from other people staying there which i heard there were tenants from emergency housing staying there. Also no air con in rooms which ment it was very hot.

Staff were great Room ok but dated Hallway stairs needed vacuuming and carpet replaced. We did seem a little nervous about the amount of permanent tenants.
