STRUTTURA E PERSONALE TOP. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti benissimo in primis da Angelo e poi da tutto lo staff fino allo Chef che ci ha deliziato a cena e Giuseppe che ci ha seguiti dall’ antipasto al dolce!!! Un grazie speciale a TUTTI💪❤️

A good stay overall.

The staff were quite nice & helpful. Location was more or less ok. Size of the room.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. The pool area was jammed. & breakfast didn’t have a lot of variety.

Do café da manhã/pequeno almoço. Caro , com pouca opção e os piores ovos mexidos que já vi num hotel de qq categoría e que certamente não são admissíveis num 5 estrelas. O serviço de sala também deixou a desejar, pouco atento . No dia seguinte optamos por comer fora do hotel

Exceptional hotel in the heart of Taormina

A fantastic hotel with exceptional staff in the heart of Taormina. We arrived very late due to travel issues, and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming or accommodating. The deluxe room had a view over Taormina with a balcony. Extensive choice of hot and cold food for breakfast. Small pool and bar area is available as is an on-site spa. A payable shuttle service is available to take you to nearby beaches, which you can arrange with reception. Isola Bella can be reached via the local cable car which is a must visit beach area. Overall, Sicily is a fantastic holiday destination with exceptional food and friendly people. Would highly recommend Taormina and NH Collection for your stay.

Very good

Great location into town and easy to navigate.

Did not love our first impression. Arrived 1 hour earlier than check in time, they let us know the room was ready for us but we would have to pay 30 euro to check in early….which is unheard of. Staff was understanding and waived the “fee”

Superb

Modern, clean, really great location reachable by car but also still a very close walk to the Taormina Centro, situated just in between Porta Messina and Porta Catania. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, excellent service!

Staff and location

Our room was tiny and close to the elevator so we couldn’t sleep all night from the noise. Very small and uncomfortable room Bedsheets are not soft, towels are smelly

Front of house and the waitress who does breakfast and pool lunch

Front of house staff were brilliant. Superb advice about restaurants , tours and beaches .

Smaller portions at the pool and more tidy up in the pool area . Lack of bins for rubage in the bedroom and clearer indication of whether to use green or blue or red .

Heaven on Earth

My boyfriend and I stayed at NH Collection Taormina in May 2023. Our expectations have been exceeded in many ways. First of all the Reception helped us get a taxi from Taormina train station to the Hotel, welcomed us with a warm smile - sicilian style- . Cecilia has been very helpful and kind, I enjoyed her sweet and smooth service. On our check-in day, we were too tired to venture ourselves out for dinner, so we decided to dine at the Pool Restaurant. Being still low season, the Roof Top Restaurant was still closed. The service at the Pool Restaurant was impeccable. From Aperitivo with a breathtaking view over the Bay, to Dinner and post-dinner cocktail. Giuseppe at the Restaurant is the true Star. He entertained us with Historical tales about Taormina, always polite with a warm smile and truly made us feel extra special. The evening housekeeping politely knocked at our door to check if we might be in need of anything for the night, more towels and so on, she gifted us with a cute box with NH Collection Logo with italian chockolate. Such a sweet gesture! The hotel is downtown Taormina, you can easily walk pretty much anywhere. Sadly our stay was too short, but we will definitely be back, sure that we will always feel home at NH Collection Taormina.

A most enjoyable experience and we would certainly return.

This boutique hotel is located a short 2 minute walk from the main street of Taormina with great views of the bay. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully furnished and the service was impeccable. Every breakfast we had during our 3 week visit to Sicily paled into insignificance after our stay here!

Really lovely

Nice meet and greet by Sarah. Prosecco on arrival in room . Facilitated our request to watch the Kings Coronation with complimentary Prosecco. Lovely gift of hand cream leaving. Food was great too. Thank you. Such a lovely stay

Beautiful boutique hotel in a stunning location.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Taormina. The location is great, and the view from our terrace was stunning. The staff was so helpful at the front desk, and the staff in the restaurant went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. We were only there one night, traveling as a family of eight with four rooms. We all loved our rooms, as well as having great experiences with breakfast, cocktails before dinner and then two of us dined in the hotel. It was all wonderful.

Would book this stay again in a heartbeat! Lovely staff and easily one of the best vacations I’ve had to date.

The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. The pool over looking the town and beach was beautiful.

the pre-booked hotel parking was full……..but the staff found a valet parking solution quickly.

good hotel, probably among the best in Taormina, but with just some minor flaws.

- Breakfast buffet - comfortable bed - Sea view

- not exactly in the center, needed a 10-15 min walk for getting there - room was not very clean, very dusty floor - we have a 3kg little dog and needed to pay an additional EUR 35.- for a 2 nights stay, which is quite ridiculous
