Bien pour une seule nuit

Très bon petit déjeuner, literie confortable, personnel agréable, bonne situation

Salle de bain ancienne, couloir à l’extérieur (donc il fait froid), pas de parking privé

Désolé , ce n'est pas ma question, les établissements était correctes. +

Ma question est une erreur s'est produite, j'ai fait fois le virement comme déja expliqué précédemment et je vous demande le remboursemnt de 86,50 payé deux fois. la raison c'est que j'ai réservé une premienre fois, n'ayant pas de confirmation de votre part, j'ai refait la demande et ainsi payé é fois.

je ne recommande pas

pas de stationnement. rue unique avec 100% des véhicules stationnés rempli de fiantes d'oiseaux ! lit confortable mais chambre très médiocre, ambiance glauque et non rassurante. petit-déjeuné satisfaisant

tout était vieillissant, pas possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre car cela donne au RDC dans la rue, pas de sèche-cheveux ni de téléphone pour contacter la réception. double porte communicante entre les chambres qui ne sont pas fermées à clé. Climatisation ultra bruyante, bruit bisard toutes les 15min toute la nuit (que la clim soit allumée ou non)

Unprofessional reception

Room fine, nice touch having kettle and tea sachets. The hotel is situated a reasonable walking distance to the Roman amphitheatre and with a couple of restaurants close by.

The person on reception when we arrived was on the phone and the call appeared to be a personal one. She continued the call whilst checking us in...at least 4 to 5 minutes and was still on the phone as we found our way to the stairs. She seemed to be on the same call 5 or 10 minutes later when others were checking in. Very unprofessional! We were also disappointed to discover when we came back from a walk into town that the restaurant was not open at the weekend...we stayed on a Saturday night. Perhaps the receptionist might have pointed out which facilities were or were not available had she not been preoccupied with her phone call. And although we were quite happy to use a public parking space outside the front door, it was surprising that we were not told about the secure parking at the rear.

Shabby and dirty, pictures are fake

Breakfast was tolerable although the staff was not caring

after an unfriendly "welcome" we moved into the run-down, shabby room on the ground floor, which was in such an intolerable condition so we had to change it. only after we threatened to change to another hotel the lady offered another room (initially no room was available). The other room was just not better. the wallpaper is coming loose in the walls, deposits in the toilet, etc... Finally we slept better in the car despite 90 euros for a smelly shabby hotel room.

Served it’s purpose

late check in as was driving through France from Barcelona. it served the purpose to get some sleep before hitting the road again.

Asked for a low level floor, didn’t get. Pillows and bed was a little hard. we wasn’t offered the secured parking.
