Had what you will expect from a basic hotel and the extra pillows were welcome
Room was smelly which I later discovered came from the bathroom sink. The bathroom was not very clean either. I was put in an area of the hotel that was so noisy where people were talking and laughing loudly late into the night, 2/3am for the two nights. I didn’t get much sleep.

Clean room
Dirty reception areas.
Having stayed twice now it seems that the council are renting out the rooms? Young adults hanging around outside the hotel smoking weed!

Great location, very quiet hotel set back in a nice spacious area.
Lovely staff,always happy to help.
Clean&comfy room,it was my 2nd visit.
Could of been a few more milk sachets.
And it would of been quieter if housekeeping were not going along the corridor at 8am loudly saying "housekeeping "when knocking on doors!🙄

Everything fantastic.
Nothing.

location and price
Room was filthy, looked like it hadn't been cleaned, dead insects and dirty sheets. Raised with staff and nothing done to help, very poor customer service.

It’s location is perfect as my son and his partner live nearby and my elderly mother is in a care home a short drive from the hotel.
Nothing I can think off!

The heater worked well to heat the room.
The tv was good, although unable to connect a HDMI cable.
The room was spacious and reflected price paid.
The staff were lovely!
The window did not closed properly.
There was mould in the shower base.
Was able to hear noise outside room door.
Stains on walls.
The bed was at a slant.

Handy for the motorway. Halfway to our onward journey.
Comfy room. Peaceful. Heating very good,
Staff polite, and helpful.
We didn’t have any time to use any other fasciitis at the hotel.
Didn’t use the restaurant either, as we were eating out.
We arrived after dark, and had a bit of difficulty in finding an entrance into the Ramada car park, so had to ask a motorway maintenance driver, in another car park, who gave us details.
Although the hotel was well lit up, but there weren’t any notices directing us to the entrance, which to put it mildly, looked like a building site.

Location friendly staff
Bathroom not clean. Very bad mattress

the room was dated and a little grubby

Location
Unclean. Unhygienic. Smelly. Very loud occupants in other rooms with loud TV all night. The restaurant was poor. Dirty cutlery. Funny smell in corridors and rooms.

Good price and value
When checking out no staff were behind the counter. Eventually a staff member, who seemed to be a porter as he was in a polo shirt, came behind the counter, but instead of serving me, he just stood there using his phone. I had to ask if I could check out, to which he said yeh and took my room card off me. Very poor.
Also, no biscuits provided in the room to have with a cup of tea

Great value.. overall it was a great place for a short place to stay

Location, good breakfast, staff
Room wasnt cleaned when we asked and the main thing was the mattress was very uncomfortable causing issues with my joints. Felt it was far to soft and probably on its way out.
