Great stay, good value for money. Location was ideal for us and room was a really decent size. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi too!

Excellent selection. I'm Cealiac and was well catered for.
Excellent hot food, and selection of continental too. The staff were really helpful and professional.
Our room was clean. TV was able to link apps from my phone so able to watch Netflix and stream music
Going home! Nothing to not like.

There was quite a good selection for breakfast. Our room wasn't the largest, but was clean and comfortable.
It was possible to walk from the hotel and pick up a local bus into the city, which saved the aggro of finding a parking space.

Room and beds , inc sofa bed was v comfortable and clean
Nothing. Only very slight problem was 3 guests 2 glasses 2 cups and reception v busy

Nice pool and sauna. Big car park. Dining room.
Slamming room doors.

Room and bathroom were much better than expected considering the price. Much better than the two Premier Inn Hotels that we had been staying on the previous 3 nights.
We only stayed for one night so did not have the full ‘experience’. As small point the menu said Leek and Potato soup was the option, however on asking for it was informed not available only pumpkin soup which we do not like so decided not to bother with food.

My room was cold but it was during a very cold snap

The restaurant, bar and swimming pool were very nice. The hotel is modern and attractive.
There is no lift in the hotel and this fact is not mentioned. The bedrooms are small and cramped. I asked for a room with a walkin shower and was given a room with a bath. There was no soft chair in the bedroom.

Very clean, recently refurbished.
Noisy extractor fans from adjoining rooms. Poor management of disabled guests.

Spacious rooms, towels replaced everyday. Room cleaning good.
Changing rooms could be improved and the gym changing room showers could be updated. Maybe do breakfast upto 10am in the school holidays.

I travelled with 3 kids and asked for 2 rooms with connecting doors. The hotel did not answer or confirmed for more than 9 hours, and then when they said they cannot accommodate that - it was too late to cancel. When we arrived and learnt that, we asked to cancel one of the rooms for the second night and the hotel refused. We ended up checking out from one of the rooms but still paid the full amount.
The staff was apologetic but did not help neither they suggested any resolution, compensation or full/partial refund.

Nothing.
Was told by a very sharp/ bored receptionist that breakfast was extra, the gym was extra, parking was extra, payment for parking was demanded immediately.
Expected the parking fee as I was notified AFTER THE TIME OF BOOKING (cynical way of getting more money from guests).
I thought IHG included breakfast, this is advertised on TV?
Hotel has no soul, the staff obviously don’t want to be there and it shows

The service from the staff was beyond any other hotel experience. Each member of staff, were courteous, helpful and professional. The made the stay a perfect pleasure.
There was nothing to like about the facilities, the comfort the staff or the services.
Some guest should learn not to slam doors.

Extremely dog friendly, lovely rooms, very clean.
Had to pay for parking, although it wasn’t much, I feel like it should be included in the price.

The hotel is well located just outside Gloucester on the main road network between Gloucester and Cheltenham. It has ample parking outside and an attractive modern airy appearance. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The decor is modern and spacious with a pleasant bar and restaurant area. There is a leisure centre with swimming pool and gym although we did not have the opportunity to try it. Our bedroom was small but well equipped and very clean and comfortable.
The buffet breakfast at extra charge was a bit disappointing. The cooked food had clearly been kept hot for a while and was rather dry and the pastries also. Most hotels these days offer some cooked food to order, eg poached eggs, but not so here.

The hotel was unfortunately not able to provide the requested number of twin rooms (4 in total) but only 1 and 3 with king size beds, despite early booking.

Very accommodating, lovely helpful and friendly, we stayed with dogs and they went out of their way to make them welcome, gave them water in the bar and sausages at breakfast. We also had a toddler with us and they went to get a highchair as soon we they saw us headed to the bar/restaurant area, we asked for a cot bed and she was a little big for it so I asked at reception to make the sofa bed up and there was no issue and went to do it as soon as I asked. All I would say is if you like a firm pillow then bring your own from home.
The pillows weren’t firm enough

Great hotel. Spacious room and friendly helpful staff

Very close to Gloucester Business Park with some nice facilities.
Timings for facilities close fairly early but not an issue, just a personal bug.
