A nice and quiet hotel, good value for money

Cool and clean hotel with funny deco. Location is very very practical (close to city center), especially if you like to walk a bit (metro stations are not exactly near) and the Thames wharfs around are superb. The street was very quiet since the Southwark bridge is not much used and I was there in the middle of summer). The hotel was also very quiet, I did not hear the neighbours. Overall, a good value for money.

The personnel is a bit cold, helpful enough but not much friendly or smiling. Was not much of a problem for me, but some might find it upsetting.

Fin de Semana en Londres - Borough Market

La ubicación es muy buena, se puede llegar caminando a Borough Market y el Puente de Londres en 5 minutos. Aunque pequeño es muy acogedor y el decorado temático crea muy buena atmosfera.

Aunque es bueno, el desayuno podría ser un poco mejor, tal vez incluir huevo y tocino (tal vez un pequeño ajuste en el precio lo permitiría), el otro detalle es la falta de servicio sanitario en la planta baja pues es necesario subir a la habitación.

It was truly dreadful.

Nothing. Only one salt shaker for the whole dining room, and only one black pepper grinder for the whole morning breakfast. No English breakfast, all cold and squibb clammy continental breakfast

The most annoying thing was I paid £198, for such a wretched experience? The linen was smelly and dirty

Perfekter Aufenthalt inmitten von London - vielen, lieben Dank an das freundliche Personal!!!

Super nettes Personal - sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch im Speisesaal, als auch in der Reinigung - alle waren immer sehr, sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Das Hotel ist in "Musical-Style" super liebevoll eingerichet, es ist wirklich etwas Besonderes - von der Lobby über den Speisesaal bis hin zu den Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten bequem und die Fenster lassen sich immerhin kippen, so dass auch frische Luft herein kommen kann. Auch das Frühstück ist wunderbar - große Auswahl, gute Qualität, super Frühstückszeiten - wir haben es sehr genossen! Es wird auf Umweltfreundlichkeit geachtet, gleichzeitig erhält man jederzeit frische Handtücher etc., wenn man danach fragt. Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal mit verschiedenen Familienmitgliedern dort und kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!

Kleiner Tipp: ein oder zwei Haken im Bad wären super - ich vermute, dass sie aufgrund der wunderschönen Optik nicht angebracht wurden, aber vielleicht kann man sie an den Türen befestigen?

Good value

Excellent bed, good size room, breakfast options were very good and a lot of choice, good location near pubs and restaurants, not far from the underground and ideally situated for an evening stroll by the water.

Très bon séjour!

Bien situé, il y a des arrêts de bus à proximité et la station de métro London Bridge. Hôtel sympa, bien décoré, personnel sympa. Le lit était confortable et j'ai apprécié avoir une bouilloire dans la chambre. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir ! Je n'ai pas été gênée par le bruit, malgré mon sommeil léger ( équipée de bouchon d'oreilles quand-même, et bien fatiguée!), j'ai bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner continental, assez varié, même si j'aurais apprécié des haricots à la tomate et des oeufs brouillés, il y avait largement de quoi manger!

Pas grand chose. Peut être de quoi poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain. Ce serait vraiment la seule chose négative à dire de mon point de vue

Very quirky with comfortable rooms and good breakfast choices.

We were given an adjoining room at first but this did not suit us so we asked to move rooms and this was accommodated.

Excellent value hotel, the staff are superb. I would book in again.

Modern, clean. I love the entertainment theme as well. Good breakfast included.

Very minor. The queue for coffee etc. was a little tedious. Could do with a separate hot water machine for those just wanting tea or hot water.

1. Room too small . Corridors have a foul smell . Damp . Bathroom too small . TV is poor . At least a smart tv . No intercom. No air conditioner .

Great location, easily accessible from the station, main sights in walking distance, good connection by tube to other parts of London. Friendly staff, good choice of products for breakfast.

Almost everything, partcularly the great entire staff ( partcularly Ola), the convenient location , the excellent breakfast. The only drawback is the tiny. Size of the room. We definitely recimmend thr place eventhogh it a little bit pricy
