Beautiful hotel, relaxing

The landscape of the hotel is great. It's lovely and beautiful. Not to mention the facilities for the kids, including the mini zoo, horse riding, the pool etc. Very suitable for family with small children. The breakfast is also great and taste delicious.

My room is apparently the old one. While the wood ornament and the layout are very nice and warm, I dont like the fact that they haven't done any renovation of the room, especially for the bathroom and toilet. I got a torn cushion in my room even though it's small. I was not informed that if you book a standard room, you will get the old version room. However, if you book the superior one and above, you will get a new renovated room. Unfortunately, those rooms were not available when I asked for an upgrade due to fully occupancy of the hotel. Too bad that my first experience staying there should be in the old room.

deluxe with outside bathtub : 1. Toilet problem 2. Sink problem 3. Refrigerator not cold 4. Less light 5. Less information / guide for fasilities in room 6. Sill old fashion, please upgrade it

Unkind issue

Just cloae to Bogor raya golf

Double paymnet issue even I paid the hotel fee by Booking.com app! The reciptionist doesn't know how to serve the customers accordingly!

overall it is a nice place with lots outdoor area, but need to change bed, ac and update toilet.

- friendly receptionist - nice services too, but abit too afraid to say direct no, and makes it inconvenient for us to repeat the request few times as we thought they forget about it. our request was extra blanket and cup.

- the bed is old, not suitable for people with back pain. - AirCon feels dirty, because we only coughing when we inside bed room - there are mold in shower room and a bit too small - a bit noisy when we went there because they are doing restoration on 1st floor. - i wish they make the garden wheel chair friendly.

One of the worst experiences

When my family and I arrived we asked the staff to help put my mom's birthday cake in the fridge immediately. We checked in, were told to go have lunch and they would bring the keys there when they were done arranging the rooms. After 2 hours we went back since no one came to bring the keys and noticed they left the cake standing there outside for over 2 hours. They mentioned about renovated and non-renovated rooms but said the renovated rooms would cost another IDR 600.000 per room per night. We wanted to see the non-renovated rooms first and it was a total shock. Those rooms should never be rented out and especially not for that rate. In my parents room the balcony door could not open and when you push with your foot the door opens up from the bottom (meaning if you could actually open the door, it would completely fall out), there was fungus in the bathroom, the AC could not be adjusted and the air in the room smelled like dust and mold. We eventually chose to unwillingly upgrade to the renovated rooms and thanks to a nice gentlemen called Pak Imanuel we got 2 upgraded rooms for free. The breakfast buffet was extremely dissapointing and my daughter and I got stomach problems afterwards. The "kids club" is not what you see in the pictures, it's a small room with some mattresses and baby toys. The pool and gym were under renovation which we were told 3 days before arrival, they offered free vouchers for the outbound activities which we realized were open and free for everyone. And to top it of, there were 2 events at the same time with loud music and karaoke until well after 10PM. Safe to say we would not be coming back.

An amazing experience!

The room was clean, comfortable, cozy. The garden around the hotel is so green and beautiful. Service was excellent

There was a construction during the stay so the swimming pool and gym was not accessible.

Missing essential in the room, no teaspoons although cups n saucers were provided. No hand towels.
