Cadre magnifique, correspond parfaitement à l’image que nous avions de la toscane. Accueil incroyable de Karin et de l’ensemble du staff. Un lieu magique pour une pause estivale en famille.

San Martino is a little piece of heaven in Tuscany !!!!
The location is perfectly set facing a stunning view of Tuscany along with its olive groves and vineyards. We loved being in this beautiful environment and the design of the hotel-guest house complimented its natural and authentic environment. You can’t help but feeling at ease.
If you are looking for a quiet, intimate and authentic experience…San Martino is perfect.
We immediately felt like we were visiting
family. The team was very, very friendly and warm. We enjoyed the intimate atmosphere, especially after two weeks vacationing in large family resorts with our young child.
The breakfast was wonderful with fresh baked bread and a daily surprise pastry. Home made jams, yogurt, cereals etc. served directly to your table on a large tray. And, of course, eggs made to your specifications. Simple and delightful. Plus, you get to enjoy the view while diving into your food.
The vegan dinner was also incredible. And, we are not vegan. The atmosphere was lovely not only because it’s just a beautiful place, but the intimacy of the place welcomes an easy and vibrant flow of conversations among the guests.
The natural pool was also lovely. Our son could not get enough of its natural wonders. He loves nature and discovering all kinds of insects and fish. He easily made friends with the few kids that were also staying there. It was nice to sit back and not worry about where he wandered off to since the property is not tremendous, and you quickly know who is staying there.
The old city of Montepulciano is next door. You could walk there and you probably should consider it since parking there is complicated. The city is charming with decent restaurants, good service, lots of history and some shops to browse. And, of course, the fabulous wine.
We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return again.
We enjoyed everything.

This wonderful place exceeded all our expectations. The location is excellent, with views of Montepulciano and breathtaking views over Tuscany. Lovely atmosphere and creatively decorated rooms, a beautiful natural pool
We received a warm welcome, were looked after well and our children were made to feel at home. And we received great tips were to go in the neighbourhood. The dinner was delicious.

Exceptional staff and location. Unique eco friendly facilities. To die for vegan Breakfast included as part of the package and vegan tasting menu type dinner available nightly by reservation.
Would have liked access to an ice machine and/or small refrigerator in the rooms. Located in the middle of wine country, it would have been nice to be able to chill a bottle of wine purchased locally to enjoy in the room or outside on the property without having to bother the staff to pull a few ice cubes out of the main kitchen refrigerator. Either that of have a small bar open late afternoon and evening to have a drink on the terrace. Some in room supplies like shampoo or soap would have been nice as well but these are minor complaints.

The attention to details, the love and care of the whole property, the high quality food and of course- the sweetest and friendliest staff you can wish for as a guest
Nothing could have been better!

The quiet location outside of Montepulciano. The patio facing an incredible view. The staff who made our stay pleasurable.
Just a small suggestion…a small fridge for drinks and a kettle for afternoon tea or coffee in the room would be perfection.

Everything about this place was delicious, magical, and lovely. The food, the staff, the views (the VIEWS!!), and the thoughtful ethos behind it all really made staying here so special.
Make sure to inquire about dinner to ensure it's available that night!

One of the best place I have ever stayed in Montepulciano zone.
It’s much more than comfortable villa, good service and natural swimming pool
It’s easy atmosphere, super healthy food and inspiring owners of the property which was the most important for me.
Strongly recommend for all those who can stay in a magic a little different place than most of this zone

A heavenly place to be and a very special experience to spend a few days here. The attention to detail was very unusual. Karin has a charming, peaceful way of combining a healthy lifestyle with luxurious touches. We will return.
That we had to leave!

When stepping in the fattoria, the pressure, the stress felt down. Our stay was the best during our Italian trip with staff making feel like family, delicious food, views to meditate on. Swimming pool is really and past the first hesitations to jump amongst the lotus, then it feels like you are connecting back to nature again.
A few km only to the town of Montepulciano, the agriturismo has a view on it and the valleys behind it.
Vegetarian food was fresh and excellent and lots of option around for the meat lovers.
We will come back!
