Great value for money. Staff fantastic.

Location and room layout. Heaps of room and had everything we needed. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Will def be back!

Bed wasn't the most comfortable. And we weren't given a bath mat for the bathroom.

Disappointing

Location - walking distance to beach, Cavill Ave and cafes/restaurants. Pool and outdoor facilities were fantastic.

Very very outdated. Room looked nothing like what was advertised online. Needs a very thorough deep clean.

Left feeling a little disappointed

The location

It was very run down and shabby looking. The toilet ran all night and the aircon controls weren’t very user friendly. It was a lot smaller than the pictures had you believe

DO NOT stay here there is a toxic stench (sewarage, mould, dirt) from the airdonditioning units and they will NOT refund

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This property and service was horrible! Facilities were dirty and old and worn, which I was going to deal with, however the worst part was when I turned the air conditioning/heater on there was a sickening horrendous stench that filled the apartment. It was A mix between sewerage, mould and dirt. I messaged the hotel immediately via the app asking for a new room as I got really sick from the smell and the toxic feel of the scent felt like it was damaging my lungs. I opened all the windows and was forced to sleep outside. I asked to extend my checkout since I didn’t get any sleep and they refused and said they needed extra time to fix the smell issue. I submitted a refund request and they denied it and denied any smell. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels with booking.com and NEVER encountered this nor made any complaints so I’m not lying. I obviously can’t take photos or videos of a smell and I’ve requested booking.com send health inspectors and remove this property from booking.com. They did not care about my health or wellbeing and wouldn’t even refund or partial refund 1 night out of the 3 nights. This only occurred on the last night when I turned on the heater as it was a cold night. The manager said no one uses the heating system since it’s the Gold Coast and it’s normally hot all year but we’re in June and it’s winter and the old facilities of the room did not retain warmth and was very cold. Disgusting customer service they know I can’t prove a smell with photos or videos so they’ve taken adverts ge and taken the money. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Booking.com have escalated my report and are looking at removing this property and I won’t stop until the property is removed to ensure no one else goes through this and no one else’s health is put at risk at the greed of the hotel. Booking.com kindly refunded their 10% margin on the booking of $20 but I told them to keep it and appreciated them trying to contact the hotel and resolve it.

Enjoyed the centrality of the location and good value for the money paid.

Location and had every thing that we needed. Good price! Cassie the receptionist was very helpful.

I found the couch very uncomfortable. There was a lot of bumping and scraping (furniture being moved around? ) in the unit above us, even after midnight.

Central location with view of the beach.

View from the bedrooms and balcony. Good to have a kitchen. Close to shops and beach. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean.

When we arrived the dryer from the laundry was randomly sitting in the middle of the room. The second bedroom was very small and you had to climb over beds to move around the room. Couldn't open cupboard without moving bed.

Amazing stay, would love to return!

We loved everything about our stay here. The room was beautiful and very clean - it smelt amazing! We loved being able to use the pool each day and had the option of the gym if we wished. The lady on reception was so friendly when she checked us in. We were even treated to a gift as it was our anniversary!

Aside from the cleanliness; the location was excellent and the staff were lovely.

The secure parking was excellent. The apartment had all the essentials for our 10 day stay.

The apartment needed a good deep clean. There was thick layers of dust on everything, the floors were dirty. The washing machine and laundry basket, had black gunk I needed to clean before using. The single beds rolled around when you turn during the night.

An older gem but relaxing for anyone wanting to be a little out of the hustle

Quiet - no rowdy neighbours Cosy Easy and available parking in the basement Clean, considering its age. Money has been spent on the property. Roomy

You do need to arrive early in the day for reception.

Very expensive for the condition of this property

Good views from back balcony. Additional balcony in the front a bonus. Room reasonably quiet and outdoor facilities very good.

The hotel room was very tired and needed a total refurbishment. It was not a 4 star property as listed it was a three star at the most. Also it was overpriced in comparison to other properties in the neighbourhood

Superb

We loved the location. The staff were exceptional as the first morning the electrical hot plate short circuited and needed to be replaced. The staff had it replaced the very next day which was great service considering it had to be ordered. The pool and facilities were great, an ideal place for a family stay

Had a great time!

There was no breakfast provided. The location was excellent actually 5 mins from Surfers Paradise. We enjoyed the peace and calm. Everything was very good.

the shower head in the bathroom was leaky with jet spray going all over the place.

we ended up checking out 1 day early than our booking.

Good location, 1 block away from beach. We can see a bit of ocean and beach from the unit. Free parking which is very handy if you have a car with you in your trip. Free WIFI and Netflix really helped us to keep kids busy while weather was not good.

it is NOT a 4 stars, probably just a 2-2.5 star with private bathroom and washing machine. everything was quite dirty. For example, the mattress in main bedroom was very dirty and with something like very old blood stain in it. Both exhausting fans in bathroom and laundry are almost stopped working due to very heavy dust, which resulted in odour in both rooms. Air conditioning is very mouldy and something string growing from it. we didn't dear to turn it on.

Overall , we had a great experience staying there . And would stay there again .

The location was very good , close to Surfers Central but with quick access South to Pacific Fair etc . Mono rail ran past the apartment . Lounge seating very comfortable . Huge TV . Beds were comfortable . Small balcony facing seaward , was nice . Facilities were excellent and in very good condition : pool , hot tub , gym , sauna and a games room .

Was a bit noisy , you could hear the mono rail but it did not bug us . But there was quite a bit of yelling in the middle of the night .
