The property was in an amazing location overlooking the Caldera and close to bars and restaurants. The roof top balconies were perfect to eat the delicious breakfast in the morning and watch the sunset in the evening, with access to the pool and poolside tables at all times. The staff were so helpful and did everything they could to accommodate us.

I liked the view from the room, during the day I could see the entire Caldera and also the location is in one of the best spots to see the sunset.
Location is also close to good restaurants, small market and bus station.
Beside this the host, Kostas, was amazing. He was kind and always receptive to our needs, he gave us guidance and a lot of tips for what to do.
Free upgrade to a better room was a big bonus to our trip and contributed to have a great time in Santorini.
Lack of window blinds for the bedroom.

The apartments were spotlessly clean. The location was fantastic - 2 supermarkets ajd a gift shop within the little square. And a fabulous restaurant next door (Avocado).
I was initially a bit disappointed that the views were hindered somewhat, by the little road and parked cars that runs along the front of the property. The photos do suggest you have interrupted views of the Caldera. And this is not the case. HOWEVER, having looked at the prices of the apartments on the actual cliff side (this property is on the cliff top), it was very expensive to stay in those. And once we’d been there a few days, we realised how lucky we were to be where we were. Easily accessible, good facilities around us, super clean apartments, friendly staff etc.
The pool is lovely, but there are no sunbeds, only deckchairs. So if you want a dip, then to sunbathe, you need to go up to your roof terrace (if you have one).
Being at one of the highest points of the island, it was quite windy, quite a lot of the time - especially early morning and after 5pm. But we went in May and maybe that’s what it’s like then. Take a jumper/jacket/hoodie!

Hotel was very clean and modern. Housekeeper was friendly and cleaned daily.
Although the hotel had a beautiful spot for the sunsets and had a view of the sea, there was literally no town and shops. Had to keep making the trek to Fira to find shops and things to do. .breakfast was served in our room meaning by the time we received our eggs they were very cold. Very friendly staff, however. I feel more attention should be given to like a breakfast room where as the guests can be served together and not stuck in their rooms waiting for the food. Also the shower had no enclosure so water was all over the floor after a shower. Kitchen facilities were very small and sparse.

Everything was good. The location was perfect. Just right on the cliff overlooking the Aegean sea. It was absolutely amazing and beautiful. Best views ever in all our travels. It was magical. We felt like not leaving when our holiday ended. The property was well equipped with all we needed. It has a jacuzzi in the bathroom and a Hot-tub outside! It was paradise. The customer service was excellent. We were picked up free of charge from the airport. We also got dropped off as well on departure. Our apartment was always cleaned everyday. It was a five star service! We shall stay here again and again !!
Nothing ! Everything was good

The property is well located and fully equiped with all that's needed. The fridge and cupboard was well stocked with pure orange juice, milk, water, jam, chocolate, Apple, Banana, yoghurt, coffee, Biscuits, Croissant, cereal, etc We're indeed happy . Samira the lady housekeeper brings warm Breakfast every morning. The service is top notch ! The location is just perfect, right on the Caldera, in front of the Aegean sea with magnificient views !! The property is also easy to locate and close to the bus stop and a pharmacy. There is a jacuzzi bath in the bathroom and a big hottub that accommodate 3 adults in the terrace ! While getting your water hydrotherapy massage, sipping your wine in the hottub and enjoying the magnificient views right in front of you. We couldn't ask for more!! . The Fira to Oia hike route runs in front of the Mansion and Skaros rock, St George Church, St Anastacia Church, a cocktail bar and Blue Note bar are about 4 minutes walk along the trail. All the staffs are excellent ; Kosta, freddy and Samira the nice lady that looks after the house every morning. We love you all. We really appreciate the Valentine gift and the bed decorations We met. It was so romantic and made our stay absolutely beautiful. We shall definitely recommend Santorini Mansions to anyone and would stay here again in the future. Thanks so much.

Everything--from start to finish. Pick up and drop off and our accomodation, especially the upgrade! Kostas went out of his way to make us all happy. Freddy our driver was also very friendly and helpful.
None actually.

Very close to Thira (a nice panoramic walk of 20 minutes) and to a lot of nice restaurants in walking distance. Free transfer from and to the airport for a minimum stay of three nights. The cleaning staff was lovely. The receptionist helped us with our scooter.
The hotel offers all possible amenities to a minimum standard of quality. Minimum everything.

Looking at some of the reviews, I really don't understand why this place gets so much praise. It is ok, but there is nothing particularly great about it and the online pictures are inaccurate and can be deceiving (they have been for me).
Rooms are a little dated in style and in need of a makeover. In general, photos are superexposed, shot in low and wide angle, everything looks better in photos than it is in reality - pool, rooms, view, breakfast.
*Breakfast*
There are a few pictures online with a lovely breakfast served by the pool, which is an inaccurate representation of the actual breakfast. Instead, breakfast is low effort and consists of a poor selection of average supermarket items (including a couple eggs that you need to cook yourself), deposited in your fridge. Instant coffee. A small plate of bakery items are delivered in the morning at a set time (these are nice). If Covid was ever the reason for this unfortunate transition to room service, it is no longer an excuse in 2022. We stayed in the basement room and paid a low price for Santorini, so we were not too bothered by this, but imagine paying x5 more for this same breakfast.
*View*
Based on pictures, you'd think this is one of those places on the edge of the cliff with sweeping views across the caldera. It is not. I was well aware that our room came without a view, that's not the problem. But even the view from the main reception/pool area is 90% parking lot, 10% caldera. Somewhat better view from the private terraces upstairs, but for that price point there are better options in Imerovigli or elsewhere. One of the pictures of the caldera even appears to be shot with a drone, which is completely irelevant, and misleading.
*Transport*
3-night stays come with free transport from the airport, this should be communicated in advance because how would anyone know about it before they arrive (I asked after checking some of the other reviews). Would be nice if this also applied to ferry port, though I understand this is a longer journey.

My two friends and I were upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment with a hot tub right on the main path with an absolutely stunning view of Fira and the caldera. Lots of fun people watching and super easy to walk wherever we wanted to explore!
Kostas was the most generous host, picking us up from the airport, guiding us to delicious restaurants, arranging our transport to the ferry port, and checking in frequently to make sure we were safe and happy. He is MADE to do this job and made our time in Santorini magical!!!

The location was great. Very neat and clean. Loved the breakfast.
It was hard to find parking and no transfers from the port unless you are there 3 nights.
4.5
It is a small friendly place with 5 apartments in total, the staff are welcoming and attentive, the apartment was as described and our bedroom was bigger than it looked in the photos. We were given everything we needed, including robes and slippers, as well as pool/beach towels. The kitchen area had a fridge, sink, microwave, hob, kettle and a filter/drip coffee machine, plus crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses. The air conditioning units feature a quiet mode which is good for overnight. It was cosy and comfortable and became our home for the week.
There was nothing negative from the hotel perspective. There was an inconvenient power cut, we had been pre-warned of a planned one which never happened, so if the hotel had known about it I know they would have warned us. About 2 in the morning every day the local restaurants disposed of their empties into a nearby recycling bin, this woke me up every night, but again not the hotel's fault.
3.5
The view from our apartment was stunning to watch the sunset each night away from the huge crowds. It was close to a lot of restaurants and a cute market. It was great they served a plate of breakfast each morning to the room and the hosts were very helpful. Also the pool was a great way to cool off at the end of the day.
The bed was only a full and not very comfortable mattress. Also the street that the apartment was on was always super crowded with big vans and hard to get up there during a busy time with minimal parking. Also every morning at 4am they did a huge recycling and trash pickup which was very loud.

The location and the view was fantastic. It was a few minutes away from Fira (city center) and there were supermarkets and restaurants near.
The place, including its inside decoration and style, was perfect for a retreat.
The staff was polite and responsive all the time.
The wifi connection could have been better. However, my stay coincided with a bad weather (storm and snow).

It was everything amazing! Kostas picked us up and took us to the airport. The hotel is very beautiful, as shown in the pictures, with wonderful views. They gave us an upgrade in the room for free, the refrigerator was full of food for us, with wine, juice, fruits. Every day they gave us delicious different hot food for breakfast also. A wonderful experience overall. If I return to Santorini I will choose the same hotel.
Nothing.

View was amazing! Host/staff were extremely nice and helpful. Everything we needed was available. They even brought us warm pastries for breakfast in the morning!
Space is a little small, but very nice and cozy. Might not be good for you if you are tall!

Fantastic studio with a cute bedroom with a balcony looking right out to sea! A beautiful bathroom with a big jacuzzi bath and plenty of hot water. Breakfast bought to us daily and lots of snacks in the fridge, nice bottle of wine provided, swimming pool, helpful staff and everything very clean. 150% recommended.

The facilities, the amazing hospitality of the staff, the flexibility, the location, the views of the caldera, the free airport transfer
breakfast would have been better and but i understand during covid it's quite difficult, plus there are tons of breakfast places and cafe around the area which is a few steps away so it didnt matter to me

Free airport shuttle and really nice staff. We got updated to the more luxury room for free.

Friendly staff, excellent location and view of Oia and volcano. Both Premium and budget appartments were spacious with excellent facilities. Great advice for things to do, visit and places to eat by staff. Very safe and smart non intrusive Covid precautions by staff.

Kostas and his beautiful wife are the best host you can ask for! They will pick you up from the airport, they will receive you with a very nice and clean apartment and the bring everyday traditional Greek dishes!
Kosta is very popular in the island, some taxis and restaurants gave us a special price because we were staying with him!
The sunset view from the balcony is amazing, you don’t need to go anywhere. you have it all in one place!
Thank you guys for everything was amazing
