NOT RECOMENDABLE GOING HERE!!!!!

The photos that appear in booking, that are MANY DIFFERENT FROM THE REALITY

- The check in and check out hours ARE NOT FLEXIBLE. - They clean the room when they want, and also in a bad way. All the dishes and kitchen instruments where out of date and they were too old. This is not going with the level of the amount of money you have to pay to stay one night. - The hotel requires the physical card (after paying one month ago) to ensure the book of the room. They made us to go to their offices, paying a taxi or 50€, only to check the data is correct, a normal operation that can be done by online in a easy way. - The internet is SO BAD AND ALL DAY HAS ISSUES. They send a “repair guy” that don’t know anything about repairing things, he only came in name of the room hottest to ensure the machines are not working. Also the kitchen instruments were failing along all the days we were there. - There are a lot of stairs (almost 50) to reach to the room, with no easy access. - The hot tube is so small, nothing like it appears in the photos (taken with x0,5 zoom to appear more large). - The music equipment doesn’t work at all, and it doesn’t allow to put your own music like they say in the offer. - There are a lot of things that they say are included with the room (for example pillows or slips) that are not included with the service.

it’s a beautiful property. it’s not a hotel so don’t expect breakfast or being able to leave your bags but other than that it’s an amazing apartment

it’s a bit of a walk to get there. there are a lot of stairs so be cautious if traveling with those with bad knees

amazing views, host and comfort!

everything! the location couldn’t have been better. I am SO glad we decided to stay in Imerovigli and not Fira or Oía, as they were far too crowded and Imerovigli was much more manageable with better views too. the property itself has stunning caldera views and is situated a short walk to some great restaurants. it was clean, spacious, and has all the amenities we needed. Panos, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful in organising activities, transfers and car rental for us. highly highly recommend!

nothing! my only suggestion would be to increase the temperature of the jacuzzi or advertise it as a heated plunge pool, which is how we used it- our baby loved it :)

Great location and view! We'd love to come back!

This location can't be beat and the view is spectacular! It was larger than I expected. It was absolutely fabulous for us and we'd definitely come back!

This is a private rental so I'd rather go through AirBnb than Booking. Bookings.com response to questions prior to arrival was absolutely horrible! However the host that we deal with upon arrival, Athena, was great! I'd book through AirBnb next time, even if it's a little pricier.

Very good

One of the best if not the best Suite Locations to watch the caldera and the sunset! The hot tub was also great and the view is unmatched! The room is big and extremely comfortable! Make sure to book the Junior suite bc is the one with the best views and angles and also bigger area for the hot tub and sunbeds! The privacy of the hot tub area is not the best bc u can be seen from a lot of angles by tourists and balconies although Imerovilgi is a quite place so it will not happen often.The view is Magnificent!

The woman that show me the room she gave me to answer a document with personal questions i found this annoying. And the privacy could have been better!

Location is great. The appartment is amazing. Very nice view and host is amazing too. Very helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like is that with all the luggage in hand i found it hard to reach the appartment because there are stairs. It’s not the appartment’s fault though.

Exceptional

The property is new and clean, away from the noise offers great stay and light dreams, the bed was very comfortable and cosy. The apartment offers a small kitchenette with everything you need to cook small snacks at home and there is a store nearby. The tub was set at a temperature we liked. The view is worth to stay all night in and watch the sunset. Would visit again. Warm recommendations

It was a nice stay but we were disappointed how much the quality went down over the last years

The property was spacious and calm

Unfortunately the quality of the property went down since our last stay a couple of years back. Lounge chairs, kitchen equipment etc lacked quality and were outdated. Equipment would need to be replaced to maintain quality standart and justify the price of this property. We booked the Executive Suite this time as the Junior Suite was booked and we realized how much the view was obstructed by the restaurant in front of the terrace. If you don't need extra space I recommed to book only the Junior suite which has the terrace located further up with much better view.

Great views and comfortable apartment

Everything was very good. Staffs very polite, friendly and helpful. Sylvia is really nice person, she helped us many times. The location is really nice, the flat was clean, service room and hot tub maintenance everyday.

The restaurant and another property in the executive room ruined a little the views but it wasn’t the hotel faults. The junior room has better views but executive room is bigger. Both of them are very fine to stay.

Great jacuzzi with view of sunsets. Good for honeymooners. Good facilities in villa - nicely decorated and clean.
