Nice and out of the way, which made for a good walk into the Martinborough township. Staff were friendly. My room was fantastic, forgot that it had a loft, so nice surprise when I checked in.
Great price. Would recommend. Thankfully they did inform me that Ubers will not come out that way if wanting to get into Wellington CBD. With that heads up, I was able to sort the bus, then train timetable

Everything was spick and span. Receptionist particularly friendly and helpful. Convenient location for where we had planned to go
More TV programmes available.

Lovely staff, room and grounds.
No extractor fan in bathroom. Would get super hot and moisture filled and only ventilation was a window out to budy guests car park so people could see you. Can't understand why owner would not put one in when you can clearly see moisture damage building on bathroom roof. Not great for a small space for guests and not good for owner for longevity of building.

I really liked everything about it. Keeping in mind the price, the bed was nice, the room was clean and well appointed, location was spot on.
the lack of face to face interaction with the staff
my room had a weird smell for the whole stay

plasticy mattress protector, very hot and crinkly

The size of the unit we had was nice and spacious for two people.
The bikes hired for $35 a day needed to be repaired/updated and weren’t worth the price of hire. There were also quite a few dead ants on the tile floor by the kitchen, main door and counter top every morning.

Minor stuff like position of the toilet roll holder was behind your body, paint was peeling of the ceiling in one patch. Door slider was heavy to move. Just at the stage of needing a refurbish but no big deal we would happily go back into the same unit next time

I booked for one night and was able to stay an extra night, appreciated that, thank you. A lovely clean and peaceful unit with all the basic needs for a couple nights. Ohhh that bed was unbelievably comfy..honestly sad to leave it.. Lol
The couch was hard, spa bath didn't work. Not an issue just an honest review.
