Privacy, cleanliness and general vibe was great
Took a long time for the room to heat up, although it was very cold outside so it wasn't anything to complain about really. The wiring around the TV was messy, but not everyone really minds about that sort of thing, a little added care would sort that out.

shower pressure was good.
the long grass, wasn’t vacuum thoroughly, not enough towels body wash etc, the wardrobe was full of junk, no rail to hang our things on, no washing line or dryer, no pantry.

Location - Martinborough
Really noisy fridge, not enough coffee for two people, one side of bed had heated blanket and bedside lamp, but no where to plug them in. Bedroom blind didn’t cut out the light and powerful street light shone straight on to pillows. The information on the pool was incorrect, saying it closed at Easter, but it was open, accessible and warm, but we hadn’t taken any togs.

Walking distance to town centre. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good equipped kitchen.
Wardrobes messy and only a couple of hangers. Outdoor furniture needed wipe down.

The location was great.
Water pressure in the shower was good.
When we arrived around 3pm, our bed was stripped bare- not made- no sheets.
Someone came to make it within about 30 minutes, but the bed itself was as hard as nails!!
We went to have a swim at the pool (shared facility) but our fob would not open the gate. This was well within the time frame of supposedly being able to access the pool.
Very dissappointed with the overall cleanliness of the unit also.
Will not stay here again.

Close to town and easy access
It was very cold even with the heat pump on. But that could be due to being an Aucklander :)

it was good
the heat pump could not work to go onto hot so the house was freezing cold

Handy to our planned activities
Needs better bedroom curtain on small window as street light shines directly into eyes when in bed.

Great location, very private and quiet. Nice layout inside, and lovely space on the patio to sit.
There were several stains on the carpet. The bathroom floor wasn't clean. Because of my arthritis I couldn't manage to step over the bath for a shower, and if I could the bath was too deep to get out again. I like a firm mattress but these were too firm.
We also ordered the 3 course meal. Great idea not to have to worry about going out or doing a meal ourselves, but we were very disappointed in the 2nd and 3rd courses, and the salad.

The master bedroom wardrobe hanging rail has been fitted upside down & the kitchen light bulb is not working.
There needs to be a plug point in the bathroom.

Arrived to a bottle of wine and cheese board. This apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a good weekend away.
The property managers were absolutely lovely also

cozy house, with a lovely outdoor area.
We did not realise the facilities (pool and tennis court) are not private and are also not open all day. This was very misleading. Due to this we think the value for the property was overpriced, as the house itself is quite simple.

Good location
Overwhelming smell of wet paint inside.
3.0 / 5.0
Great location and privacy. Heat pump excellent during cold weather. Beds comfortable
Path access needs clearing as hedge means path not useable. No good in wet weather. Electric jug needs fixing.
Cleaning could be improved.

Location was great
The house wasn't that clean, there was hair in the bathroom and couches seemed like they needed a clean too.
