pratique et confort de la literie très bon accueil

accueil très professionnel, sympathique et à l écoute. l emplacement, la décoration, les attentions dans la chambre, eau, café gel douche sèche cheveux. confort de la literie.

pour une nuit au boulot c'est correct

Sous les combles on se cogne. L'aspect quand on est au dernier étage fait vraiment bricolage. Quel couloir étroit ! on peut pas se croiser !

Loved it! Perfect for work or leisure

Hotel is very quiet though located in a very busy neighborhood- with Bastille and the coulee verte just 5-10 minutes away. It’s cosy and very nicely decorated, staff is very friendly and accommodating, breakfast Was perfect. Loved my stay there!

The location was perfect because had early train to catch in gare de Lyon

It’s a very small room with even very small bathroom. Barely can go into the shower when the door is shut. Walk up to 3rd floor. No air con. Very noisy at night.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Very comfortable bed. Very convenient forGare de Lyon.

Top floor inhabitable during summer

Location was very convenient to Metro lines and Gare du Lyon station

We were given a small room on the Top floor and it was unfit for sleeping in due to the hot conditions. While I understand the temperature may have been "exceptional", the lack of anything cooling in the room is ridiculous. The floor, bed, roof all were extremely hot and while we were suffering from heat exhaustion, we could not return to the room to rest due to the heat. At a minimum the room should have Fans installed, one weeks rent of a single room would pay for Fans for the whole floor!

OK value for money for one night. Nothing more.

Location. Location. Location. Friendly check-in staff. Room clean. Bathroom renovated. Understand closing in Aug 2022 for installation of lift, and renovation of top floor.

No lift. No A/C. Truly tiny rooom.

affordable, quaint, great staff

great location in lovely old building. the man working at the front desk went above the call of duty in his kindness and helpfulness when I arrived very late at night after having luggage issues at the airport

this is budget lodging, and overall a nice stay, but I would have liked a little bit more amenities - mainly coffee in the room (even if just packets of instant coffee and a hot water boiler), and nicer soap

nothing like the photos

we loved the location of the hotel.

our room looked nothing like the photos on the website. perhaps if they put photos of the room at each price point we would have managed our expectations accordingly. our room was multicoloured, toilet was old and had a faint sewage smell. Also wifi was very slow. 3 flights of stairs to get to room with large bags was exhausting but I guess that s the experience of living in an older hotel. however from the photos I thought at least the hotel rooms would be remodelled but sadly it was misrepresented once again. This is my second time booking with booking.com based of reviews and photos but sadly have been disappointed.

An extremely convenient stop over if you’re arriving at Gare De Lyon

The room was cool and comfortable even if the shower/ bathroom space was tiny. A safe space was found to store our Bromptons The professional attitude of the staff more than made up for our disappointment with the room. We had an excellent breakfast served in the light airy pleasantly decorated dining room and enjoyed sitting watching Parisian life pass by

We arrived late and very tired and had to climb three fights of stairs to our room which didn’t remotely resemble that in the booking.com photo. Despite the warm welcome from the receptionist we were a bit disappointed

Nice room in a great location

Pretty lovely room, with quite a style! Very close to Gare de Lyon and Central Paris.

Air conditioning and lift would have made an amazing deal! The room missed a storage area (only 2 hooks). And an autonomous entrance along the night. Necessity to ring the night warden

Amazing staff, very friendly and fluent in English. Location was fantastic for exploring all parts of Paris and the room decor was lovely.

if you’re travelling when it’s hot, there are no fans or air conditioning. The window backs onto other apartments so it gets warm.

i paid €150 for a night and was given a room that was the size of a dollhouse. Very uncomfortable toilet and shower facilities.

I would neither recommend this hotel or use it again myself.

Reception staff helpful, carried our luggage up to the third floor as there was no lift which was not flagged up. Also helped when we couldn’t make the shower work.

No lift. Poor bathroom fittings. Broken shower attachment. Bath and sink plug not working. Two Electric sockets coming away from wall. Bedrooms bore NO resemblance to photos on booking.com
