Iakinthos hotel, we will be back soon

I brought 12 or so members of my family to stay here for my wedding (different venue though). The location has been perfect, the staff have been amazing and the food has been delicious, well priced and plentiful. Me and my new wife are already planning our return for our anniversary.

My Mrs is a raging pesimist but she has loved her time here so I do not have a bad word to say about the Iakinthos hotel.

Great service and location.

Great location right next to beach and only a few minutes walk away from the tourist strip. Easy access to beach chairs by the sea and use of paddle board so much fun. Yoga Lessons in the morning was icing on the cake.

Would be nice to be provided with bus Timetables and recommendations of tours around the island for those that don’t have their own transport.

Best Hotel

It was a really good breakfast. It was connected to the beach and the staff was really friendly and Ashley helped me a lot. If I visit zakinthos again, I will stay at this hotel.

If I knew one room was underground, I would have booked another room. The reservation system did not notify you that there was no window.

Great time!

This hotel is a gem! The staff is amazing, it’s super clean, the location is right on the beach! The food was excellent! We paid for half board! I couldn’t be happier with our stay!

some servers by pool very rude and service was crazy slow. also have fruit to all by pool and beach but not to us. when asked the girl said there was no more

Loved location and breakfast. Make sure you book larger room with view.

Location and breakfast was great!

Didn’t realized I booked small room. Room was ok, but shower was very small. Wish I had booked a larger room with view. Would definitely stay here again. Loved their breakfast, but they had a rude server who took drink order. Name started with Agg. Unfortunately had to deal with her every morning. She should not be around people!!!

Very professional staff, a bit small room but with all the gadgets you need

+ Excellent service and very professional staff at the reception, the bar and the breakfast + Breakfast + The room had all the gadget you need during vacation, such as espresso machine, bathrobes, etc + Nice balcony and comfortable + Bed was comfortable + Nice sun beds at the swimming pool + Although I didn’t like Tsilivi as a location the hotel is beach front and at the centre

- Despite the extremely professional behaviour of the staff which made our stay enjoyable and comfortable, there was a member of the staff with unprofessional behaviour. It is a pity to jeopardise other staff who work so hard and do their job so well. - The room is a bit small - There was no water in the bathroom for a few hours

Lovely experience

The room was very nice. We booked for a sea view room and we were upgraded to a room with balcony and jacuzzi. Lovely view from the room. Nice beach and location. They also offered us a complimentary massage.

We were supposed to have half board with buffet dinner included. But to be honest, we ended up going out for dinner cause the dinner menu choice wasn’t really great. I don’t think is worth to book half board as you got plenty of restaurants and bars around! Overall it was a nice experience

The location was great and the beach was beautiful.

The staff except one lady was very rude and wanted to take advantage. They will literally rob you over the smallest details to make u pay more money. Ridiculous and unprofessional

Beautiful!

Large beautiful apartment next to the beach :) delicious breakfasts and freshly squeezed orange juice. Free bikes and boards. Very nice and helpful people. I recommend this place: D

we had paid breakfasts and dinners. Even so, you had to pay for the drinks with dinner:(

location is very good, by the beach and close to nice restaurants. Staff is overall very attentive.

cleaning can be improved, specially in the rooms. variety in breakfast and dinner can improve.

Best place for quiet and relaxing holiday

Location was ideal. Accommodation was clean, modern, friendly staff and not over crowded around bar, pool, and beach settings. Couldn't ask for much more. Food was catered for all tastes and was lots to choose from. Good location for shops, activities and restaurant should you choose to dine out. No noise at night, ideal place for a relaxing break.

The breakfast was lovely, the location was on the beach, which was perfect. Most of the staff were nice, especially Ashley and Alan in the restaurant. The room that I paid to upgrade to, was nice.

The first room I got was tiny and the reception staff were really unhelpful to change my room, even though others were available and I offered to pay more. The pool wasn't heated as promised and was a bit small.

The room was fantastic bed so comfortable sea views were amazing location was extremely good great bathroom and toiletries were great

No milk for the coffee pods hot tub was dirty had to speak to reception to get sorted which they did straight away breakfast were do I start not a (English breakfast ) tried scrambled eggs and had cheese in it I've got an allergy with cheese and asked for plain scrambled eggs 😖 went out for breakfast 3 mornings out of 5 because of the breakfast did speak to a waitress and she said I dont understand 🤔 and because they couldn't get breakfast right we didn't eat lunch or dinner there I would just like to say not all the staff were rude some were extremely helpful and polite the breakfast situation did put a downer on our experience and it will make me think again about staying at lakinthos hotel it was our honeymoon and I didn't expect to go walking round looking for a bar 2 get a decent breakfast

Superb

We had the superior suite with jacuzzi which was wonderful. The staff were excellent

Two meals per day were included in the tariff. In the current circumstances we do not like the idea of buffet service, particularly when most diners do not wear masks when serving their own food. So we stopped using the buffet meal

Great location in Tsilivi + the best staff!

The staff are very accommodating, genuinely kind and friendly. The room was really cosy for our 1 week stay (we had the room with the jacuzzi). Breakfast and dinner (half board) were great, good variety. Direct access to the beach and close to shops, restaurants and the centre of Tsilivi. There were always available parking spots right outside the hotel.
