Great value!

The size was impressive. My husband and I had a two bedroom two bath apartment. The pictures did not do the size of the place justice. Had a nice kitchen area if we decided to cook and really lovely outdoor spaces Even though it is off the beaten path, there were several taverna‘s in walking distance

The location was two-sided: On the one hand, we really loved how quiet it was, and that we felt like we were really out in the country . Because it’s more isolated we really needed to have a car with us in order to get around the island. Some of the beaches that we chose to go to were up to an hour away.

It is a perfect location for a relaxing family or old friend holiday. Calm, private, beautiful garden. Clean. Beautiful beaches nearby. Three restaurants and a shop are within walking distance. The hosts were very helpful and nice. (No bars or nightlife if you are seeking it , which we did not)

Our family spent an amazing week to Vasilikos, we felt to Athena Studios like home.

We like the location, warm place, feeling like home. The host is very friendly, helped us a lot. The rooms were cleaned every morning. The location is very close to Gerakas beach, Porto Roma beach, Banana beach, many tavernas to taste the Greek cuisine.

Location is excellent Gerekas beach in 3 minutes walk from the place. Garden is beatiful in a peacefull silent environment,. Hosts are accessebly and friendly. It has everything a family needs.

Gem of our holidays

Fantastic place. Few steps from the best beach on the island. Located a bit from main road in a beautiful olive garden. Equipped that you can live there, all you can imagine for cooking, grill place, eating area with shadow, all for babies, hamacas. We would love to come there again with whole family because you have everything, privacy, beauty, location. Tula does more then amazing job, you always find your rooms as new. The owners have a supermarket up in a a village and took us to buy food there as it is much cheaper the the supermarket close. Great energy, close to the turtle resque centre, nice bars and restaurants. This location is a hidden gem, amazingly preserved thanks to the locals with nice warm greek hospitality.

Perfect place for those who looks for peace during holiday

Perfect location for those who looks for peace during holiday. The house is in very quiet, village area. At the same time there are several taverns and a shop nearby. The whole apartment was very spacious, clean and newly renovated. During our stay we used the kitchen and there was nothing mising - it is well equipped. The cleaning service is everyday and the lady who provides it is very friendly and helpful :) Many thanks for your hospitality. We highly recommended this place and we will be happy to come back :)

When traveling in low season, it's worth taking into account that taverns nearby are closed after 8 PM and that the Gerakas beach is not open for tourist after the sunset.

Great place for relaxing holiday

Friendly and helpful host. Daily cleaning, big garden, excellent location. Gerakas beach is 4 minutes walking distance, there are 3 tavernas and a supermarket few meters away.

Great place great hosts

Our stay was remarkable. The hosts (Stela and Takis) are great people who make sure you feel very well. The lady who is taking care of the rooms is impossibly kind. The yard is large and full of olives, oranges, lemons, and different bird species. It also has shades, tables, and other good facilities. The suite has 2 terraces and everything you would need for your stay. Last but not least, the house is very close to the Gerakas beach, which, I believe, is the best one accessible on foot on the island. Thank you for having us, Stela and Takis!

Quiet beautiful place

The location is perfect, comfortable rooms, and the beaches nearby superb. I liked the practical way the hosts handle any situation and a lovely cleaner lady was always at hand. The evenings in Gerakas are something special and the mornings fresh and full of songbird. There are shops and bars and taverns around you and is quiet.
