The location is perfect. The staff are extremely helpful. Perfectly clean.

It was dated and that’s that’s acceptable for older buildings however well maintained . The reception is cluttered and has animal cages for dogs and cats in it. It also needs to be manned more. Often went in and no one there. Employ someone to fully man it. Although the owner is a very helpful man and is very proud of his hotel it needs updating back into the 21st century

If great service at affordable prices is your goal, look no further

It is our second time coming to Anetis and Zakynthos for our summer holiday, and let me tell you, you will be hard pressed to find a more accomodating, friendly, and entertaining bunch. Last year, we were convinced to book them by the plethora of reviews, which mentioned it was their 2nd or 3rd time booking with them, and I hope this review does the same for others. We booked one of the triple rooms, it was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, and so was the additional pullout bed. Spacious bathroom and shower with good water pressure. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the bedding was changed every 2 days with daily replacement of towels. In addition, we also had a nice seating area outdoors, which we took advantage of in the evenings. Do not be taken aback by the 2 stars of the hotel - their cleanliness and service standards are worth 5 stars. The hotel grounds open right on the beach and are equipped with sunbeds and a beach bar and restaurant, which are very handy. The sunbeds are free to use, but the hotel does ask to spend 10€ at the bar in return for their use, which we were more than happy to do. You can order at the bar or your order can be taken by their handy staff. The area is also equipped with a kids' play area, pool table, outdoor showers, and toilets. The Tsilivi beach is beautiful with fine sand, spacious and shallow waters for quite a war from the shore. In addition, they were so accomodating than when they found out our flight was in the late afternoon they allowed us to use another room free of charge to store our luggage and shower after spending our last day on the beach. We went for a very early morning trip one day, which meant missing out on breakfast, so instead, they prepared sandwhiches and coffee, which we took on the go. So, for a second time, I want to thank Dennis, Maria, Ilias, and the entire Anetis team for making our stay so exceptional at such competitive prices.

Only one minor issue a lift to upper floors would be helpful although the staff were only to willing with your cases.

A very pleasant and relaxed stay

Family run hotel on the beach. Spacious room with a balcony facing the sea. Very friendly personnel. Good restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Large choice and excellent quality for modest prices and above all the service with a smile at all times. For five days we never ate anywhere else.

Cheap insider tip between expensive hotels

The Hotel is not the newest, but the rooms are! Very stylish interior. We liked our balcony with view on the beachbar and the sea. We also enjoyed having breakfast very late. The staff was very friendly and the music in the beachbar was nice. Casual atmosphere everywhere. We had a good stay there and can recommend it.

It was not able to have a shower without flooding the bathroom.

I loved the location, the friendliness of staff and owner. everyone was so helpful. Room was kept spotless and towels and bedding changed daily.

not much to dislike, but the shower over the bath wasn’t the best.

Lot of value for your money.

When we arrived very early at the hotel on the day of check in we were allowed to have breakfast, despite the fact that we were not officially allowed to check in until 3:00 pm. The breakfast is awesome and veryyy extensive. No restrictions in time, you can have breakfast the whole day. We stayed at the rooms with terrace. Very spacious, very clean, airco, fridge, tv, etc. Daily cleaning was great! Dennis is running the hotel as his brother and sister are running the beach-bar. They are just awesome, very friendly, hospitable and helpful. When we had to leave early for the boat they suggested to take sandwiches instead of breakfast. Just go there and experience yourself.

A beautiful beach hotel with stunning views and friendly staff

Close to the beach, lovely play area but could do with updating, lots of available seating in bar and sun beds, room cleaned everyday by lovely staff, bar staff always had a smile on their face (even when they had worked late the night before). Easily accessible, comfortable and presents a nice homely feel.

Few things need updating or replacing - sun beds, umbrellas, play equipment, but overall no complaints.

Good value for money

Location, beach, food. Basic hotel in a perfect location.

Hotel adjacent to the beach, but the private beach (with the sunbeds included in the room rate) was very small and felt crowded, with the sunbeds being very close to each other. Because families with kids take more than 2 free sunbeds, you risk of not getting one if you arrive too late in the morning. Although the hotel has only 2 floors, there's a lot of stairs to reach to each of them. The owner was very kind, though, and helped us with the bags.

Anetis Gotel was a great vacation spot on Zakynthos, complete with beach club and sun beds.

We liked the proximity to the beach, the terrace, and location. The accommodations were good for our family of 3. Staff were very quick to respond to our requests.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We wished the breakfast was available at 0800 instead of 0900.

Very clean, beautiful beach, free sun beds, excellent food and people.

That we had to leave. I would have appreciated to refill shower gels plus towels to be changed on a daily basis.

Fab location right on the beach. Hotel is basic but modern and clean. The staff were amazing - really helpful and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning!

Amazing position with the big potential

We stayed there for 3 nights in superior room. We could chose between superior room without sea view or normal room with the see view. Because we were traveling with the child we choose superior room which was really nice. I really like the bathroom and the bed. It is just 40 meters from the beach. I really like the terrace where you can spend your evenings.

We know that it was the end of the season, but I think the owner should take care more about the surroundings around the bar. The child corner would be amazing, but it was really dirty and nobody tidy up it for ages. Everywhere were old sunbeds. The place has a really big potential, but it would really need more care. The breakfast was nice, but if you are with the kids, who wake up around 7 a.m, you dont appriciate that they open the bar around 10 am. for the breakfast.

Great location, great value for money.

Friendly staff, good value for money, helpful things like a drying rail on balcony, bowls and plates with cutlery in room, big fridge, free safe, free aircon. Amazing location and attached to a lovely beach restaurant/cafe.

No complaints what so ever. Slightly outdated furniture. No pool.

perfect holiday location

Everything was great - the location is excellent, staff - both at the hotel and the beach bar was really welcoming and helpful - thank you Dennis and the Team! I truly recommend this hotel if you want to spend your holidays at the sea side yet in the middle of a bustling holiday town with plenty cafe and restaurant options.
