Fantastic location, beautifully renovated, everything is new, impressive lounge and dining room, hearing worked well
A second toilet would have been great
The second bedroom is very small and the window didn’t open

L’emplacement, le charme, le confort et la grandeur.
La propreté devrait être impeccable. Ce n’était pas le cas même si cela restait passable. La faïence des sanitaires et/ou des baignoires étaient très abîmée.

The apartment was in a great location, shops, transport. restaurants, bars and local attractions all within walking distance.
Very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all that you need to cook basic meals. Our apartment was located at the rear of the building so couldn't hear the traffic noise from busy road at front of building.
The main issue for us was the apartment (Flat 4) was at the very top of this Georgian building. It was mentioned in the description that this flat had 6 flights of stairs, however we counted 9 flights. My elderly sister (just shy of 70) had to stop halfway up and take a puff of her inhaler. Even my niece in her early 30's and regular gym user, struggled with the stairs. There was no lift but this was stated in the description. However on the plus side the view from apartment was fantastic!

Property was clean and spacious enough for our group. It was close to many of the sights we wanted to see. The hosts were responsive when we requested more blankets and even brought us more toilet paper seven though it was our responsibility to purchase more.
Nothing that I can think of!

Fabulous location. Comfortable beds, very clean and well appointed apartment.
We were on the ground floor. The main bedroom is on the street side so there was street noise.
One shower was not functioning properly. Unfortunately our stay was during the Christmas public holidays so assistance was not available.

Loved the décor throughout the apartment and lobby. Apartment was spacious enough for the 7 of us to spread out and relax. Close enough to walk into the heart of the city in just a few minutes. Close to supermarket to grab some groceries. Caught the airport shuttle which dropped us off an easy 5 minute walk away.
There were a lot of stairs so be prepared for them especially if you have someone in your party who struggles with mobility. Request a lower floor if possible as there are lots of apartments available. The higher you go, the better the view of the Firth of Forth.
4.7
Great location and easy to access on check in. Lovely modern feel and layout perfect for a family.
Low on toilet roll supplies! Lucky a Tesco express down the road.
4.7
Location, size, comfort
Hard to know how to put heat outside of scheduled times
4.7
The double volume living and kitchen area is massive. The kitchen equipments are there in the storage which includes everything I need.
There is no air conditioner so, it gets hot in summer.
4.7
Absolutely amazing property in the heart of Edinburgh, huge space, huge rooms, would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
4.7
Big, bright aoartment. Easy to walk to points of interest and restaurants
Better instructions on unloading luggage/people - agaist the law to stop on the road outside apartment! Needed to stop in a nearby side street and walk stuff to door.
Bathroom extractor fan not effective - mirrors steam instantly and don't defog in time to use. Steam makes bathroom unwelcoming
4.7
Great location, great communication (easy walk to everything you need), great space inside, and a very comfortable place to stay.
4.7
For the grp of 9 the place is very comfortable and all of us are happy because the beds are all comfy and clean.
there was no curtain in the living room’s window.

Spacious - very clean - stylish!

The view was beautiful and the location was easily walkable to all sights, shop, restaurants, train station, bus station, rental car and pubs.
This isn’t really a negative, but there weee 84 stairs to climb to get to apartment #4. Make sure you are in good shape if you rent this. The washing machine was confusing and there was no dryer.
4.7
I thought it was such a fantastic appartment - perfect for 10 girls to share.
I will be recommending it to others.
The tram was slightly noisy but i know this can't be helped.

Everything went to plan, great location and fabulous place
Noise from transport

Location is ideal, flat and building are beautiful, it had all that we needed. There was everything in the flat to make you comfortable, cook a meal, make coffee, dishwasher, washing machine, a few things to cook like oil, salt, etc that some places don't provide and it's just nice when they do (thanks!). Check in and check out was super easy. View from the flat was spectacular and there was so much space! It was a pleasure to spend time in the flat.
I would just say that to make it perfect a few little things could've been better, mainly the quality of some of the furniture could be a bit better:
1. Chest of drawers, wardrobe, lacking handles or poor quality drawers etc. This does not take away anything from the stay as the flat was so beautiful for someone like me but I can imagine this mattering a lot to some other people and it can easily be resolved.
2. The duvet covers were lovely but had no buttons or any way of keeping the duvet inside so from night 1 the beds were a mess and we ended up removing the cover from the duvet as it was unmanageable (again, just add something to keep them in place.
3. The hairdryer was so weak that it was pointless to use it. I would get a slightly better quality as this is literally useless.
4.7
very modern and clean
excellent location
trams we’re noisy at night
4.7
very spacious & clean
could do with some basic things in the kitchen & shower area.
one shower area had either very hot boiling water or very cold chilled water. it could have been better
4.7
Location was perfect for central Edinburgh, flats were amazing and so clean wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
4.7
Fantastic position. Close to bus, tram, shops, restaurant -everything you need.
Beautiful home
Great views
There was no shampoo or body soap.
Doors were squeaky and disturbed others while sleeping.
4.7
fantastic location, close to attractions, shopping and transport modes. The Apartment has all the things a family will need - washing machine, dishwashing machine, and full cooking equipment.
The Apartment that we had had 2 rooms and could take 6 persons, but it only has 1 WC. Although one room has an en-suite, but it has only a sink and a shower which is erratic and has low water pressure. So the apartment has effectively just 1 working bathroom. The main bedroom is next to the junction and facing the main road which starts to have public transport running from 5-6 am onwards.
4.7
Big and comfortable apartment
The system to pay the deposit is not safe. I only used my credit card for that and two weeks later my card was used in different places for over 2000 dollars. Now I’m in a process with the bank to get my money back. I strongly recommend you to use another system.
4.7
location was excellent
spacious
small 2nd bathroom would been better with a sink and toilet rather than the shower.
nowhere to hang clothes in bedroom
the apartment was dusty but it MIGHT have been because there was roadworks in the street, which seemed to kick off in the middle of the night!!! so it was difficult to sleep in the room at the front of the property, I ended up sleeping on the sofa in the living room due to the noise!!!!!
4.7
very suitable for our group number
the stairs up to it!
4.7
It was in a perfect location. It was clean and beautiful throughout
4.7
there was plenty of room and the bathrooms were great. The facilities were good and everything exceeded our expectations.
The stairs in the apartment and the different levels on the floor blended in causing both to be dangerous.
4.7
Gods location, new town, 10 minutes walk to old town. comfortable , big spaces . 8 minutes walk to train station
main room was Noisy since it’s located in a Main Street , if you are a light sleeper it will be a problem . no body wash or soap offer, detail that should be offered for the travelers .
4.7
Nice, quiet and clean place. Small problem with the toaster was quickly remedied!
Great location with good access to everything we wanted.
It would benefit from a few minor improvements in the apartment. The lounge seating looked nice but was a little uncomfortable. The bathroom needed a fan to dispel the steam and the shower leaked quite a lot.
