Posizione eccellente, ottima colazione

Dopo aver soggiornato 6/7 volte in camera standard pagando più o meno sempre lo stesso prezzo.Questa volta, sempre per lo,stesso identico prezzo mi viene rifilata una camera singola minuscola , bagno senza finestra, letto senza comodini , vista su L interno.Chiedo cambio camera e mi viene data una DUS al piano superiore.ma con sovrapprezzo di 10 euro.Entro in camera,niente bidet ne riscaldamento,me lo faccio accendere ( alla reception hanno gli interruttori generali per sbloccare i condizionatori) ma nella notte si blocca ,risultato un bel raffreddore. Peccato

В целом все понравилось , но были определенные нюансы.

Самый большой минус - не было розеток у кровати! Даже в самой комнате была одна розетка. Нас было трое и я свой телефон заряжала в ванной. Номер был немножко обшарпанный, но чистый! Постель удобная, постельное белье чистое. Мы были 4 дня и нам не меняли постельное белье. Меняли полотенца. Паркинг рядом с отелем стихийный. Мы попали на выходные и пришлось делать круги пока не нашли место от отеля пешком 7-8 мин. В будни легко нашли место прямо перед отелем. Персонал дружелюбный но на дельные советы можно не рассчитывать :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful old building. Staff was amazing and took care of us. The surrounding area was also lovely.

European architecture is so beautiful. Do not have this in the US.

Excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, lovely hotel with a very helpful staff. The room was comfortable and the service was good. Our breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of food. The staff was friendly and eager to help. We were able to walk all over Montecatini from our hotel, and it was a short walk to the train. We hope to have another chance to stay here.

All was just perfect!

Charming Hotel

A lovely hotel with Old World charm. Our room was extremely comfortable and everything was close by so we could walk everywhere. Breakfast was exceptional and attended to by a warm and friendly staff.

Disappointed

Lovely breakfast room. Breakfast was the best part of the hotel.

It was very old. Paint peeling on bathroom walls in 404. It must have been wonderful in its glory days but now it needs a big refurb. It was 1 star at best. I was very disappointed to be honest and I feel mislead by photos.

mediocre stay at a wannabe mondane hotel

good location. beautiful property from the outside. inside it looked mondane but was very worn down

the service was bad. the staff hardly greeted you, and when we asked for a few wineglasses to borrow we were told to wait until the bar opened and we were charge €8 to borrow the glasses. the heater/aircon wasn’t working so we got a cold from our first night. the tub wasn’t functioning either.

A perfect slice of Italy. And a glass VEDY full

Location was terrific. But the hotel was PERFECT. Nothing was too much trouble, everything easy - room, bar, breakfast, parking. So happy we chose this place. The town is beautiful, and a great spot to spend a few days in. Perfection.

Enough choices for breakfast. The employees - superiors and employees at breakfast talked a little too loudly and the relations between them were strict and tense, which was felt on the employees - especially at breakfast. Parking near the hotel is a little harder on Friday night and Saturday night - about 500 meters away from the hotel there was enough space.

Tension among employees at breakfast. To ask me randomly on the first day for a room number I understand. To have the same person ask me the next day, at breakfast again - OK. But to ask me on the third and fourth day, I don't understand, as if I'm someone from the street who would like a free breakfast? Have a receptionist who should record who’s where at breakfast, not raise your voice behind me where someone belongs.

Very good accommodation for a weekend

Breakfast was good but I expected more dairy. Our room was very big and comfortable but the bathtub was very old and objectionable The location was assume and you have 1 min walk to center and other attractions.

Intransigent staff and shortened hours at thermal baths made Montecatini Terme a disappointment

We appreciated help with storing our bags and then delivering them to our room. Also, the staff was helpful in trying to contact the thermal baths in Montecatini.

This is not the fault of the hotel but the Termi Redi would not let us enter the thermal baths even though we were there 45 minutes before closing. Sundays the baths close too early at 2 pm. On Mondays the baths are listed on their website as opening at 7 am but they did not open until 11 am. We ended up missing the hot spring baths all together. The whole reason that we went to this town was to soak in the hot springs so were were deeply disappointed.

the central position

the room was old fashioned but quite ok, but not even a bottle of water was there for guests, nor a kettle. the staff was asking too many questions: example which type of Green Pass do you have ? I have the Super GP, but for privacy they are not allowed to ask. No matter the reason why they were asking ( they had issue with the App to check it). I do not think it is very polite

beautiful hotel in Montecatini

If i could I wouldn’t change even a simple thing. Perfect service, cosy room, location close to the train station. For sure if I will be have opportunity to come back to Montecatini Terme I know exactly where I will stay. Buon Natale e felice anno nuovo for all staff!

The whole experience was fantastic. You parked your car and could walk everywhere. Would highly recommend this hotel.
