Pratique pour visiter la région

L'emplacement avec parking gratuit, proche de la gare pour visiter Florence. Le petit déjeuner buffet varié. La petite pièce plus au calme dans la salle de déjeuner pour les individuels, car cet hôtel accueille beaucoup de groupes et donc c'est assez bruyant.

Nous étions dans une chambre avec 2 lits séparés et un des 2 lits était "bancal", on avait l'impression d'être sur un bateau. Il avait probablement un pied cassé. C'est regrettable que le personnel d'entretien ne l'ai pas remarqué et nous n'avons pas osé le dire de peur qu'on dise que c'était nous qui l'avions abîmé! Nous y avons dormi 2 nuits. L'air conditionné uniquement sur demande à la réception, il faisait chaud dans la chambre.

parking was good. Breakfast was OK

Room did not have a kettle , nor was it possible to get a Kettle to make coffee in the room. Hotels 4 star should have this available

era tutto mediamente ok, niente di entusiasmante. per un 4 stelle ci si aspetta sempre tanto ma poi si rimane delusi. in generale bene, colazione buona

hotel datato, le stanze sono piccole e retrò. non si possono aprire le finestre!! un po’ claustrofobico. il parcheggio è pauroso, ci sono macchine abbandonate e graffiti, da l’impressione che non ritroverai l’auto il giorno dopo 😅

5 stars and happy emoji are just not enough to describe my stay.

Everything was more than good. From our first step in until our checked out we felt welcome and that someone would take care of us. Guys at front desk ,guys in restaurant ,mades in the rooms, all of them are more than 5 star staff.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great location for exploring this area of Tuscany, and walking distance into town for a good selection of restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Breakfast was very good, but you had to avoid the tour groups as it was a bit of a bun fight, don't go down for breakfast to early! The hotel also had a washing machine and dryer.

The breakfast was beyond amazing. Exceptional value for money, with an overall low cost, but fantastic bedroom and parking. I couldn't have asked for more

Great budget hotel!!! Friendly Staff

Location was great 👍 ..Big all you can eat breakfast. Eggs , bacon , meats, cheeses, breads, sweet breads, fruits, coffee, juices, water..They also have dinner very good a new menu every day. Staff was very friendly and helpful and Sarah helped us with more local places to visit..Front desk all of them were nice and helped us with what ever we needed. Lucca was great. Nice young lady helped us alot.. her name I can't remember but she was sweet. .. Great budget hotel...

The bed was a little firm..

Breakfast was satisfying. Good selection of sweet, savoury foods, cereal, yoghurt, fruits, breads, bacon, eggs, pastries pancakes machine was a bonus! Coffee was good and the outside patio with cushioned sofas and umbrellas was the perfect spot to have a cup in the morning Location to the town of Montecatini was ideal and made eating out and exploring very accessible Staff were great and answered all of our questions- recommendation of food places, free parking on roof, free use of bikes and access to nearby gym- exceeded our expectations.

it was clean and staff was very friendly, free and easy parking

neighbourhood, not really clean and a bit deserted. and not really a lot of facilities. breakfast was ok but no vegan options although we indicated this before coming over. no glasses , coffee machine in the room. not really a 4 star hotel.

Superb

Kind staff, the room was clean and nice. We stayed here to travel by ferry in Livorno and to travel to the neighbouring cities, and for that it was a perfect choice.

There were no bad things.
