I was surprised how large the bedroom was. Although a little dated it was adequate. Bathroom fittings let the score down. The bathroom requires refurbishment.
Swimming pool wasn’t in use., although some days it was raining. Other days it was hot. It’s a pity the hotel didn’t respond to the weather.

Quiet place. Breakfast is good. The staff is very kind. Balcony of the room is also nice.
Not cleaning ashtrays around pool. Full of cigarettes butts. Can't use pool after 19:00h.

very low rate, pool and hot tub included (no extra charge), AC (partly working), nice lobby and outside well renovated hotel, room on 4th floor ("deluxe") was nice with wooden floor and roof top terrace! Free parking 5mins walk public parking
other rooms "standard" on lower level: we could only see partly are extemely worn: water damaged floor, some rooms with carpet etc., breakfast is "Italian fare" with low quality juice, coffee from vending machine, limited choice, only cold stuff .....
Reception lady in the morning was extremly arrogant, no scontrino for "imposta di sogiorno" - she just took the cash money ?? Call Guardia di Financia?

The hotel is really nice and centrally located. The receptionist was very kind and helpful; the rooms perfect, also with a balcony.
We were there with our two small kids and everything was easy. While they were playing in the swimming pool outside, we could relax in the warm jacuzzi just facing the pool. There were plenty of options at the breakfast buffet, including fresh fruit, and soya milk.

This is a big hotel with comfortable and various spaces in the lobby to sit. The room was on the fourth floor with a balcony with a beautiful view which was very nice to sit on (even in January). Ok breakfast included.

vintage imperial vibe to it, the property and its furniture looks like it used to be a luxurious hotel in the past, and is still well maintained. good value for money
no complaints

The location was fantastic , swimming pool very good added value to hotel, cleanlines was beatifull. The night porter was very helpful and suggested where to find free parking nearby. I am very grateful to him.
Three days in my room the tap was leaking, I contacted the reception, but to no avail. By a lucky coincidence, I saw the maitenance man and asked him to fix the problems . In addition, I ordered half board and the menu did not indicate that mineral water was not included, unfortunately the head waiter did not speak English at all and could not explain that an additional fee was charged ... The assortment of breakfast and dinner is very scarce, only excellent coffee pleases.

No shower curtains in the very small bathroom but, given I was staying just one night, the good things offset the only bad one.
Loved this place. Kind staff, very helpful and courteous. Lovely location, beautiful sunset from my minute but comfortable single bedroom. Nice little openair pool and nice dinner in the pool-courtyard, very elegant and cosy.

Decent hotel that was probably quite popular 20 or 30 years ago. Unfortunately since then there hasn't been much done and its best days are already over, there is a need for a complete renovation. Anyway the main benefits were:
-friendly staff
-quite spacious room
-decent breakfast
-nice swimming pool
-wifi in the room
There were also couple of things we did not like:
-very old, dirty and rundown carpets in the room and in the whole hotel
-old furniture in the room, the beds were not very comfortable
-very old and extremely slow elevator
-very old and uninviting baths/whirlpools next to the swimming pool
-no free parking
-old and noisy AC

The Staff were very friendly - maybe the friendliest I encountered in all Italy !! They spoke fluent English and nothing was too much trouble for them.. Actually I would say the Staff make this hotel enjoyable - we booked for one night and extended twice staying 4 or 5 nights I can’t remember exactly . The housekeeping staff were also amazing as were the breakfast staff ..
Only downer - after diligently paying and putting the parking badge - we were late one day and found a ticket (58 Euro) fine .. it happens !! The area around the hotel whilst it was full of hotels and restaurant few were open and some looked permanently closed - due to Covid I guess .. nevertheless, it’s a really nice quaint town with amazingly friendly people .. there’s a great coffee bar in the Centre which serves the most delicious cream caramel - I forgot the name but it’s famous and has been there years. Lots of designer shops and a town square - it felt like I was back in the 1920’s with the vernicular and funfair and classic hotels. Really lovely ! I would visit again and I recommend this hotel .. I stayed with my daughter and pet pooch Mr Percy Hilmi .. who also enjoyed his stay being fussed over by the pet loving staff.. Thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable ..
Just the breakfast was not to our palate ! But it’s the same in all hotels we stayed in . I appreciate that the tourism sector was down during our stay so the variety on offer was limited .. it catered mainly for Italian guests - understandable .. if that’s the majority of your guests - but I would love to understand how can people eat all them sweet croissants and jams and biscuits and cakes - in the morning ..! Lool
The tea and the coffee were excellent though, very hot and served promptly and professionally .. as I like it.
If at any time you do attract international guests it’s important to offer more savoury foods such as eggs , tomatoes, more cheeses - maybe a cooked breakfast seeing as it’s a 3 star hotel ..
Breakfast is very important to me - hence why i mention it - maybe others are not so bothered ..

The swimming pool and the pool beds were nice. The breakfast was great, with lots of sweet pastries to enjoy. The view from the balcony was lovely, especially with sunset. The staff was also kind.
Besides the hotel was a huge child playground/child fair with attractions that was open till midnight, it was noisy till late. We did not mind it as much since the airconditioning made enough noise to cover it up when turned on. But it is something to keep in mind.

The Pool was nice and clean
Very outdated, depressing hotel, don't even know where to start.
Staff upon arrival was snappy and not very welcoming. Horrible musky perfume smell in the very outdated and dark lobby. Room was outdated and bathroom dirty, hairs of previous guest everywhere.
Pool area has view of a brick wall and rusty fence, a young couple was having a go at it in the jacuzzi and staff didnt say anything about it.
Parking was €7 a day to be in some crampy small Space with a very narrow entrance.
Breakfast bad. No fresh Juice, just some sugary lemonade. Most of the bread was days old.
The town was like a ghosttown at day time. At night things lived up a bit.
This place was once blooming and trendy but I hue 's it's before we were born.
Do yourself a favor and skip this place
