my stay was very good and we enjoyed but sad thing is it is totally rain for four days .

all the staff including restaurant, reception , housekeeping and security staff were so good and supportive in all aspects of their duties, restaurant food was very delicious, breakfast is very good , restaurant staff are excellent and very obedient.

bathroom should be separate rather than bath tub . without bath place it is very difficult and one cannot use bathtub as bath place because it is very slippery and dangerous . no t v channals other than hindi.

chef made wonderful bday cake for my hubby. staff took good care of my car, when valet broke my car lock, they helped make new keys with key smith.

tub was not clean, black stains, insects. baby pool had broken tiles, my sons foot got cut in it, bleeding, must rectify

Best in Goa

Pool was lovely and a good temperature Rooms were cleaned daily and to a great standard Menu was well priced and breakfast buffet changed every day. Plenty staff on hand and happy to help. Highly recommend this hotel if your looking for a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

Very good staff. Very close proximity to beach . Staff clean room every day . Toiletteries are stocked everyday . Food is a little bit expensive but taste is decent . Service is good .

Tv . You cannot connect smartphone to TV . So you cannot cast YouTube music on TV. You are stuck with whatever channels the TV offers .

Highly recommend for Calangute

Lovely clean rooms, staff were excellent and great location. We even ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, Casita, and the food was incredible.

The breakfast wasn’t great unfortunately so we only had breakfast there one out of three days but the location is so great that we opted to have an early lunch on the beach instead of breakfast at the hotel :)

Amazing place with friendly staff.

This resort has a great location and is at a 5mins walk from Calangute Beach. It has a quite big pool which is open 7am to 7pm. It has a Bar and Restaurant and the staff is extremely polite and friendly. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The prices were too high for this property. I would pay max 4-5k per room for such a place.

Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was limited but fine for the cost. .

Corridors and rooms poorly maintained. The rooms and bathrooms surely need a makeover. Completely torn 'chiks' on the verandah door facing the pool and many other upgrades required if they have to command the expected tariff from guests.

Amazing, Relaxing

We wanted a hotel/resort just to chill and relax for 2 days and Casa De Goa - Boutique Resort was as per our expectations. The Resort was very clean and all the staff were helpful.

great location but don’t expect much from hotel.

very clean. good location.

poor facilities. electricity went off for one whole night. the receptionists and the staff in general were not very friendly. during the day of checking out, receptionist started calling us hours before the actual time of checkout and pressurized us to leave asap. as we successfully checked-out no one was there to help us to even load our luggages in the cab.

Staff was really pathetic..!! Manager was really a jerk guy doesn't have adicate how to talk and deal with customer..!!.

They charge me up for 3 people for 4 night but on 2nd day of us just did check out so they didn't not refunded single penny of that advance payment not even adjusted in our food bill...!! Highly pathetic staff and manager..! They didn't give the room what they have showed me up when i was booking the resort..!

Breakfast and vibe of place... its in heart of busy street however hotels is peaceful and nice

Price, mosquitoes plus I asked for extra towels but they didn't have. Shower was in bathtub but bathtub was poor quality n small.
