Nice place to stay, no noisy bars are night clubs nearby. 24/7 security.

The property was conveniently located for getting to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The pool area is very nice and generally clean. There are nice pool lounge chairs and shade umbrellas. The breakfast was sufficient and there were western options available upon request, however the local Indian options were delightful.

Wifi is not good, we had to request to moved as our room received no signal. The staff was very good about changing our location. It was a bit pricey.

Outstanding experience

Everything is so good about the resort. Well maintained neat and clean. Especially the staff. All of them were well behaved and helpful.The best part and we really appreciated is that the resort is very good for the families with infants toddlers and kids as it has been planned with real care and all necessary facilities are available. All the best. The beach is near and less crowded.

Price of rooms can be little lesser.

Prices keep going up but location great and ideal for the beach

Great location with one or two exceptional staff.

WiFi was atrocious. Had to move rooms after 24 hours as just impossible to connect. Even then it was still very patchy and kept logging out necessitating in several trips to reception to get new log in vouchers!

Not value for money.

Breakfast was ok but not superb. The room was large and good, clean. Staff service was ok. i do not think, we had any serious issues.

I do not think the 8K+ per night is justifying. It's 3 KM far from main beach. You need car. The hotel does not have place to park car.

Overall stay was average, but the staff was very unprofessional and money cheating people

staff were not helpful, Always trying to cheat you with money when trying to book cab from resort to airport and renting scooter with the help of staff. If you book cab your self through some online app, Just to create problem to you they even not let cab to come at the gate instead ask you to walk 100 meter and from there take the cab. It it very much displeasing when you are travelling with small kids. I literally never ever recommend anyone to go this resort.

the old part of the hotel has an abundance of heritage style character. have stayed here at least 4 times and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

we had a room in the new building at the back. rooms have no character and are not as charming as the original. however it was nice and quiet as so many children in the front area making lots of noise! as kids do, no problem with that but would rather not have to listen to it all day!

Very relaxing place which is very close to the beach

stunning location in Calangute. it’s literally 5 minutes walk to the beach. but this is not like a few resorts which has private beach just for themselves. The beach is few meters away and it’s just awesome. The rooms were so new and clean and the bathroom was nothing short of a five star hotel. hopefully they maintain it that way. The swimming pool was amazing and very friendly staff. Breakfast is nice but the lunch and dinner was average. overall a very good relaxing experience and value for money.

The stay was good with beach near, food Ok and room nice but the property was loud and crowded.

Room was spacious and nice. Staff was good and always available. Food was mostly good . Veg could have been better but overall nice. The distance from the Calangute beach is the best point. Its barely 3 to 4 mins to reach the sea. And this beach gets some of the most beautiful sunset.

Property is small so it gets very loud when fully occupied. The swimming pool while nice is actually just infornt of the rooms thus guests playing in the pool will walk you up if you want to rest. And no swimming suit rule is enforced along with swimming pool timing. While it was mentioned as 9 to 9 , you can see women in salawar suits or men in shorts in the pool from 8 a.m and beyond 9pm.

Nice hotel/resort. One can spend whole day at the pool and nearby beach.

Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were very helpful Few names: Arup, Kushal, Sameer, Dibyendu All the folks at restaurant were nice and willing to help with food suggestions and moderate the preparation to suit the palate. Pool is nice and fun for kids. Layout of the villa/rooms is nice, around the pool. Pool staff: Manojit was also quite attentive and helpful Rooms are big and can accomodate one extra single bed (good that they have a bed and mattress and not just extra mattress). Balcony is decent sized and can be enjoyed. Washroom is nice size. (appreciate if they can put a swipe or mop as it gets wet during the frequent trips to pool/beach/bath)

Reception insisted on the entire payment at the time of check-in. That is bit strange especially when you already have your credit card on file with them and paid part of the booking online. Outside taxi union guys are okay; did not have a great experience with them. Hotel is 1-1.5 km away from market or official beach entry from Calangute so you need a taxi (if with family)

Its a good stay but room provided was not as per the booking.

Hotel location is near to the beach. Good car parking space is available. Two swimming pools are functional and available. Service staffs are friendly.

Food can be improved. Not like the taste. No balcony available for the corner rooms. The way to the hotel is very narrow and can be stuck if big size vehicle. They gave corner room to us with no balcony. When requested again them then said they will inform in 2 days but no shows again from them.
