The amazing staff changed my stay into a memorable holiday and experience!!!!

I selected this property based on the reviews I had seen and the location and want to say that it was a great stay not only due to the factors mentioned earlier but primarily the hospitality and front desk service and support! It truly made me feel like I was at home and comfortable and happy to wake up and explore the city. They made my holiday truly an experience! A loud and proud shoutout to the amazing and super helpful front desk team - Lionel, Sam and Brandon! They guided on me on what to do, where to go, provided great suggestions and recommendations on where to dine, shop and enjoy the best of Goa. I took the hotel taxi twice for my tours around Goa and I loved the experience - it was a clean, large jeep with COVID precautions in place (which made me feel comfortable) and the front desk team had prepared a great itinerary for me for the entire day. The driver - Shailesh - was very pleasant to be with the whole day. I had breakfast at the hotel and was impressed with the quality of the food and variety of the spread and again a shoutout to the team at the restaurant. The hotel was full and hence it was busy, but the service was swift and smooth. Overall - loved my stay here and am so happy I chose this place. The location was good - lots of cafes and restaurants and the beach was within walking distance. I was impressed by the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the staff! Nothing beats that! Thank you so much to the team and would definitely stay here when I am back in North Goa!!

Overall it was ok

The location and staffs were very friendly

It had all the facilities and overall it was ok but I wouldn’t rate it as 5 star. Some facilities like usb, hair dryer, toilet flush were malfunctioning, paints coming off from the corner, or was pricey too

The pool and staff service

The checkin process. The check in time was 2 pm was we were asked to wait and i guess close to 3-3:30 we received our room. This can be improved

Really good stay.

Staff 11/10 every single person from guards to managers to chefs and service staff! Exceptionally polite and helping. Special mention to Mr Gautam! Personalised attention all the time. Keeping our kid happy everywhere.

Smoking not allowed in rooms.

5 Star stay in busy Calangute!

Front of house staff in all areas are exceptional - friendly, helpful and accommodating for all requests. The rooms are an outstanding size, lots of space with a balcony and extremely comfortable beds which we loved! The pool area is small but clean and very well maintained. The fitness centre and all communal areas are fantastic, clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed staying here!

Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with food and drinks orders to which we escalated to management during our stay. Savio and Hemant were on hand to support and offer their best services and advice on the issues and we left the hotel feeling extremely happy with the service provided.

Excellent

Everything was great. From staff to service and facilities. Me. Hemant has done everything to make our stay memorable and helped on all the queries. Breakfast was good with many options. Pool & kids play area were the best as we went to celebrate our son 2nd birthday and he enjoyed to the fullest.

Room service took some more time in few instances. Room dining veg options (main course) were limited. Nothing else.

The stay was amazing. The Staff was awesome. Very Professional and alao at the same time they all were friendly as well. All of the staff are amazing. Cheers to them! For sure will be coming back to the same property again.

Stay was amazing kids enjoyed pool n food . Staff was courteous and helpfull. Rooms were spacious.

Breakfast was awesome.

Thr should had been some live music on sat atleast or some live games for kids.

Good location in Goa. Disappointing weekend stay at this property.

The overall cleanliness and facilities was good . The service at dinner and breakfast was also good . The drivers Vincent and Tejay for pick up and drop off at the airport were very kind and friendly. 2 staff members Smiti and Sanmit were exceptional in their service .

The check in was poor. It was not a smooth process . They said their system showed that we checked in already when we just arrived. The process took long and after taking our passports to scan they seemed to have not scanned it as they came during dinner to disturb us for our passport. At dinner we found a hair in the buffet . The food supervisor apologized. Somehow the do not disturb knob was on although we didn't turn it on and as a result out room didn't get cleaned and we left our laundry since morning to be done . In the afternoon we had to call the have our room cleaned and our laundry done. On receiving our cleaned laundry a sweater was missing and another guest t-shirt was placed with our clothes. Laundry claimed they did not have the sweater when inquired. After reporting the laundry incident the sweater was found and returned with rust stains and the colour faded. We stayed just 2 nights and there were so many incidents. This property can do better to make the stay more comfortable. We are traveling around India for a few weeks and this hotel did not meet our expectations and certainly was not value for money. We have had so far exceptional stays at other hotels.

location, very close to calangute beach, lot of dining options within walking distance.

didnt feel like a full fledged Meridien , more like a budget property like courtyard or fairfield. no Bathtub, limited dining options at the property.
