Nice staff. Tried their best
Golf cart needed to get to room but you can be waiting us to 20 mins or more for this to arrive and take you to your room. Staff were unsure on a lot of things about hotel. Pillow inserts mouldy- check those. Phone didn’t work in the room. Bathroom was disgusting.

Lovely style , love the traditional feeling. Easy walking distance to Ubud & restaurants.
Lovely staff.
No shuttle to Ubud centre ; kitchenette needed updating and no extras provided such as crockery or cutlery … need coffee cups at least 😁 ,a bin in kitchen. & appreciated if mosquito coils added at dusk to villa - most other properties do this.

Stayed here six times, this trip for a month in a pool villa. The location is perfect for access to restaurants, shopping and other facilities.
It’s a bit like ‘faulty towers’, which can be endearing to a point!
Training needed in cleaning, maintenance and customer service. I’ll be back in Ubud at the end of the year. Not sure if I’ll stay here again.

The village was amazing. Great pools. The most beautiful views. Large outdoor space.
Right in the middle of ubud. Close to the monkey forest shops, restaurants.
Room size are large
Most deluxe outdoor living area.
All pools and outdoor areas clean and tidy..
Big outdoor bar and entertainment area with pool and rice field views.
The room had slight run down issues that needed repair.
The in room menu was limited.
You had to ask for your room to be cleaned.
100's of mozzie.

the place and the scenery is out of this world
very dirty rooms, i found hair, dust, dirt on my pillow and bed, 2 worms and a cockroach. floor was dirty and the bathroom sink had hair and stains.
also when i complained to the receptionist, Rita, she said i knew about it (because i mentioned the reviews that i saw while on my way to the resort at 11hpm at night) and i decided to stay. So as id it is my problem. very rude person.
To be Fair, the other staff were very kind. a lady bought me insect spray for the mosquitos and other insects. and the resort is very beautiful and serene.
too bad one simple yet most important thing cannot be well maintained.

The serenity and the amazing views made it the best accommodation out of our holiday.
The beds and pillows were a little hard.
0.5
The view and the ambiance since it's in the center of Ubud
It's not clean. No proper room service or maintenance for the villas. We had lizards visiting us and it was in a group

Beautiful view of the rice fields and nice bedroom area.
The bath could not be used because the plug didn’t work.

Beautiful garden / Nice pool / staff was okay!
The room was far from the reception and was not clean, big ants were everywhere. The bathroom was smelling bad / dirty walls. Cold shower, we had to wait approximately 1 hour for the water to get warm after we called the operator.

Booked the room specifically labelled 'room with rice view' because we wanted a rice terrace view. The room also comes with extra amenities as stated in the description like mosquito net, welcome drink, fruit basket, shuttle service to Ubud centre. When we arrived, they checked us into the room with garden view which didn't have any of the above additional amenities and no rice view. They didn't notify us or give us an option to cancel before arriving at the hotel. When I inquired about it, the staff said those rooms were under construction. They were apologetic about it but didn't provide any other solution. They should have informed us when we booked. I was eaten alive by mozzies that night due to no mosquito net. They didn't have a shuttle service despite listing it as a complimentary service. When the air con stopped working that was the last straw for us. We decided it was time to check out early. The staff were nice but not very helpful. The place is quite run down and needs some serious TLC. Hotel does not look anything like the photos. I think this place may have suffered due to COVID. I hope with the new constructions under way, things would start to improve again. I certainly won't be going there any time soon.

The staff was really nice and helpful with everything.
The room was really far from the reception and the main street. Also when I wrote them the day I checked out, that I forgot a tshirt there, and that I would like to pick it up later, nobody responded to me.

The surroundings are just lovely, and even though it has been through some hard times with Covid, the staff are just the most helpful and welcoming. Sri went out of her was to be kind and helpful and even insisted on loaning me her scooter. Beautiful pools, this place is good value for money and is a little oasis. walking distance to everything.
3.5
The staff were excellent. They acknowledged my injury and made special allowances for me to get to the villa.
They responded to every request, bought ice outside the hotel, provided coffee cups for a meeting, turned on the hot water etc. They truly went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant. Great views and private pool.
I fail to understand the thinking behind giving a reduced rate and then penalizing the guests by removing coffee cups and cutlery, not supplying pool towels and providing cold showers.

Very friendly staff, the place is very comfortable, breakfast was amazing, plus the location is ideal :)
