Sanctuary in the middle of busy Ubud

Almost everything! The hotel and its garden and pools are so pretty and well kept. It looks much better in reality than the pictures actually!

The room, the pool, the staff, the location..everything is perfect!

Everything is perfect during our stay. The staffs were sweet and helpful. The hotel pools are pretty and super clean. And really good value for money.

I think the breakfast can be improved. But we opted to eat out. Plenty of great places to eat around the area.

the property and staff were really lovely. it was clean with beautiful surrounds. very quiet and relaxing

the breakfast it was ridiculously small and a lot more good on the plate. you only got to pick either a Fruit platter or Juice not both and for the main American breakfast it was 2 eggs a very small sausage and 2 tiny pieces of potato, some toast and that’s all. we booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and my child didn’t get breakfast it was only for the adults so then our already tiny breakfast had to then be shared with my daughter as well.

if needed book just for 1 night and the decide.

massage salon in oposite of street. ask Koman to get best experience.

constant loud street noise. you cannot sleep, you cannot stay outside, balcony. beds very old, hard, noisy. door and balcony door are not closing complitely. also lot of hens in early morning. could not sleep at all. pillows, towels old, not comfortable. breakfast super small, plain and not discent.

Location is perfect. The swimming pool especially the second one upstairs is so nice and fresh!

The bathroom door was kinda broken and hard to open and close. The staff couldnt fix it. The hairdryer barely worked lol And the drain on sink was very smelly because it’s clogged. Again it wasnt repaired because had to wait for the plumber the next day and i just stayed there for a night ;/

If you need a plce.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and spacious. Villa was conveniently located at the heart of Ubud. I am glad I chose Tebesaya Cottages. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a place to stay in Ubud.

Sometimes the hot water would unexpectedly cut off while showering, but within a few seconds, it will fix itself. And sometimes the WiFi wouldn't work. But that's about it.

Beautiful hotel and perfect location!

I have stayed at Tebesaya several times already, and always love coming back. The staff are very helpful, the location is perfect (walking distance to many places), and the room is very cosy, clean and comfortable. Very great value for money too!

If you have a bottom room, you could be woken up early by people having early breakfast by the pool. This happened for a few days however it doesn't "ruin" the stay at all. Just a little heads up for those who value their sleep (so maybe you can request an upstairs bedroom).

Great, but could have been better

I adore the lush landscape combined with the sound of the water fountains. It gave out a very calming ambience. The interior of the room was nice and cozy. The pool was great and there were plenty of sun beds. The staffs were all friendly, responsive, and helpful. I appreciate the warm attitude.

I couldn't get a hot bath after a long trip because the water pressure wasn't great. The water that came out of the tub's faucet was not hot enough and it took really long to fill the tub. Cleanliness could have been better. In my first day of the stay, one of the towels was stained and smelled fishy before I even use them. Being provided with shower caps would have been nice as well.

Lovely stay

The rooms are different to what I expected, they lead straight out to the courtyard and reception area but they were spotless clean and very comfortable. There was also an element that I felt very safe with there being 24/7 reception just by my room. We didn't have breakfast there so I can't comment on that but I can say that there is a fabulous place to eat and drink just across the road that I'd highly recommend too! Location wise it was perfect, really close to the main street and the yoga barn. The staff were always friendly and very helpful, we couldn't fault them!

Not much. The wifi in one of our rooms was hit and miss but nothing major. How can you be worried about wifi when in he fabulous Ubud anyway!!

Location, relaxing property, room well appointed with balcony, drying rack, free water in glass bottles daily, good shower. Friendly staff that seem to enjoy their work and have fun.

Nothing! Motorbike noise constant during the day but property is well designed to block this out with solid wall at front of property and water feature to mitigate sound. On a quieter street by Ubud standards.
