Det enda som var bra var att det låg centralt.

Centralt

Frukosten var inte bra, kaffet smakade som Nescafé pulver m vatten. Jättekallt där man äter frukost sen jättetråkigt fika med pålägg o så. Badrummet sunkigt o lite varmvatten, inte trevligt skynke till duschen.

Huone liian pieni ja kylmä! Aamiaishuone liian viileä. Suihkusta ei tullut aina lämmintä vettä. Vesijohdoissa pauketta. Ilmanvaihto olematon. Ei säilytystilaa eikä henkareita.

Good price, good location but basic hotell.

Price is great, the hotell provides all necessities and is clean with a great location. Easy checkin and checkout, great internet speed. Free parking, although only 5 spots. Street parking easily available.

Room was very basic, no fridge or minbar to cool your own water etc. The bathroom was small and also in tha basic cathegory. Breakfast was minimal. All in all, good priced hotell with no extras.

Nada de nada todos fueron arrogantes y aparte de eso nos quitaron el desayuno de las manos y nos pusieron malas caras recomiendo que busquéis otro hotel que ahí mejores y más económicos

Las habitaciones sin calefacción ni internet ni electricidad en el baño y llame al dueño selo comente y me colgó el teléfono luego por la mañana fuimos a desayunar y nos quitaron el desayuno de las manos soy unos des agradecidos y muy mal educados recomiendo que si no queréis tener una mala experiencia mejor busquéis otra cosa

Terrible hotel with bad value for price. Will not use again.

Mouldy smell in corridor and in rooms. Bad cleaning (found a very visible used toothpick). One very small and bad pillow in the bed. The bed was otherwise ok. Noise from the street (traffic). Very poor breakfast (bad bread, very small selection of toppings). No service at all. The electricity switch in one of the bathrooms was inside the bathroom and could easily be hit by the shower water - very dangerous.

A clean no-frills hotel in downtown Luleå.

A good place to crash for a night in the very center of the city. Nothing stood out in particular, but we weren't disappointed by anything either.

Perfectly adequate for the price asked.

Was not sent door code or room number until just before arrival. Can these please be sent at least two days before so as to make sure they are received in time. Also in English would be helpful.

Pleasant

Easy to reach from the bus stops in the city center. Also the self check-in worked very well; I got a text message that said how to enter the building and our room.

Our room (room nr 13) was directly adjacent to the breakfast hall, 3 out of the 4 mornings I woke up at 7 due to other people talking in the breakfast hall, while I was hoping to sleep until 8.

Great accommodation, but the communication is not perfect!

The accommodation is centrally located, close to the bus stop to the airport. The room is adequate, with comfortable beds and a shower.

As our flight was early, we asked for an early breakfast, but unfortunately we didn't get an answer.

Outstanding Service and Value

Everything. The staff were chilled, the breakfast is very generous. The woman of Thai background, who prepares the buffet, is very friendly and easy on the eye. Great guests to chat to. Old fashioned place with so much more than a lockbox homestay.

Small hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast and excellent rooms for this price. Reception was very friendly and gave me some good recommendations what to do in town. There are shared kitchen facilities and here you find everything you'll need.
