Проживание в октябре полностью перечеркнуло свое положительное впечатление от проживания в мае 2024.

Хорошее расположение отеля, приятная атмосфера за завтраком, достаточно разнообразное меню.

Ключ от номера открывал дверь с 10-го раза. Ремонтные работы за окном, что повлекло за собой заклеенное пленкой окно, без доступа к свежему воздуху и возможности его открыть. Строительные материальные за окном. Номер без ренновации ( напольное покрытие в следах от пепла сигарет, пятна на мягкой мебели, обычный офисный стул у стола) В номере для двоих взрослых и ребенка - 1 комплект полотенец и вся комплектация на одного ( тапочки, вода, стаканы). По запросу не были предоставлены в силу отсутствия персонала.

Great hotel in the heart of Chisinau!

Perfect location, spacious room, very clean and the staff is wonderful!

Prime location close to the center and all governmental buildings.

Overall, the hotel interior looks dark, especially the hotel lobby. Neither the bar nor the restaurant were working in the evenings during my visit.

The breakfast was pretty good.

The room was extremely cold and the smart room system doesn't really work properly! The bathroom floor is slippery.

Good location! Bad services!

The location is perfect ! Near to the center and at the most good restaurants and bars!

The staff was not speak English good and the communication was difficult! The room was not clean at the arrival day and the reception girl didn't change me room to stay. The lights of the hotel in the lobby at night time was CLOSE and that was dangerous and unsafe! Nobody was checking the persons which they was entering the hotel!

Loved Chisinău and Scotland won at the football but from speaking to friends you can get a lot better value elsewhere.

Comfy bed and pillow.

Room door didn’t lock when we went out. Eventually staff showed us a way to lock it. Couldn’t be bothered telling the staff about the following after wasting 30 minuets on the door - Room phone was dead. Main light in room didn’t work. (Bedside lights ok). Breakfast was poor- Problems with toaster, problems with coffee machine. Running out of either eggs, bacon or sausages at different times.

Great location

Great location near central park in the very center of Chisinau. Convenient conference facilities, decent breakfast and Wi-Fi - all good for an event participant.

While the room itself was quite spacious, its bathroom appeared to be very narrow and inconvenient.

Decent Stay

Location was great - about 10 min walk to city square and right across the street from a city park. Room was nice, shower was outstanding. Balcony was private and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Room had a fridge. WiFi was 15 DL with a vpn running.

I understand saving money and helping the environment but this place went to the extreme at saving electricity - no lights in foyer, no lights in the covered area approaching hotel door. The place looked closed. Hotel key-card had to be reprogrammed each and every day. Hotel clerks were not very friendly at check-in or check-out; maybe a language barrier. The bathroom door was on a spring so it would stay closed - this would be fine except it takes three grown men to pull it open. For a hotel this nice, the free breakfast was really lame (probably ‘acceptable’ in European standards). I contacted the hotel twice via the booking.com app asking for 2 more pillows and a kettle. Both times they acknowledged my message but never got back to me.

Stay away unless you like bed bug bites

Location

My eight year old daughter slept on a kids bed and woke up in the morning completely covered in painful bed bug bites all over her body, including her face. This is completely unacceptable. I had to buy antihistamines and steroid cream just to alleviate the symptoms. Now at home, I am still pulling the bugs out of her skin. I have never seen anything like this, and I stayed in places all over the world with varying degrees of sanitation quality. Not something I would have expected from supposedly one of the best hotels in the centre of a capital city.
