The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was exceptional. The Gin bar was fabulous and had great ambience. Great customer service AAA. Staff accommoted our request to store our bicycles securely for three day stay.
No towel rails or surfaces to put anything on, in the ensuite.

Great Decor, friendly staff and fabulous restaurant. Close to Bowral (walking distance.
The light in the bathroom was poor and I wish they had installed a makeup mirror, however this is a small issue and wouldn’t stop me coming back
10.0
The facilities, the restaurants and bars.
Great sized room, comfy bed, nice view.
Smallish bathroom

Beautiful experience staying at the Berida Hotel. The hotel rooms are very comfortable, clean and the decor and styling is stunning. Make sure you dine at the restaurant, a definite must!
Nothing. We had a perfect stay.

What a beautiful hotel in a lovely rural town, we will definitely be back.
Hard to pick any negatives, but our feedback is the rooms are very darkly painted, makes them feel a bit gloomy
8.0
The restaurant was really an enjoyable part of the stay. The bfast was lovely and catered to gluten free celiac. And the meal at dinner was wonderful and good wine options.
The noise upstairs; guest must have had a small child running up and down.
My Room was opposite the whiskey bar so a little
Bit of noise but nothing too loud after 9pm.

The hotel had a great feel about it. The staff were friendly, great location and was clean and well presented.
The only criticism we had was that the service was really slow at breakfast time. We waited 20 minutes for 2 poached eggs.

everything about this motel is wonderful.WE really had the most wonderful night

Beautiful property , very historical place.
Smelt a little bit old at certain places I must admit.

Very comfortable and clean. Very happy with the little shared coffee tea milk & sofas sharing facility near our Petite room to compensate for our small room.
The only thing that could be improved with the booking could be for the option of ground floor rooms be pre-told since there’s no lift access for first floor rooms as carrying luggages up the stairs could be a challenge for some.

Everything really.

Great location. Beautiful hotel. Excellent dinner.
The pool and spa were closed for refurb, which I wasn’t told until after I booked.
10.0
Old fashioned manor-style accommodation. Snug bars, delicious breakfast, very reasonable.
Thick sheets, comfortable bed, bedding turned down each night. Beautiful meal in restaurant.
The large dispenser packs of body wash etc., can’t be accessed in the bath, no soap was provided. Room rate was quite expensive.

The room was very stylish, and the bed was comfortable. We had a fantastic dinner at the hotel's restaurant. We are going to book it again when we are there.

Na
More room furniture
There was no chair nor desk nor adequate space to put clothes wardrobe was small. No bag rack .
Lights were hopeless 😩.very hard to see to read nor dress.
We used the whiskey bar each night
On two nights the fire was barely burning and we asked for more wood to be added. Bar tended said that they were closing soon …. So no more wood
Really poor for such a hotel .
Turn down service did not happen Sunday night will no explanation

Games room, pool facilities, whiskey bar
Other than the hot tub being out of commission, everything was fantastic
9.0
Beautifully decorated hotel with a cozy vibe. Short walk or drive into town and great facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of things to do, gin and whisky bars in cozy little nooks, or games room with a pool table, darts and chess by the fire. Plenty of antique chairs to read a book also. Nice having an on-site restaurant.
As it is an older hotel, no lift only stairs which may be tricky for people with mobility issues

We have been several times and love the whole decor and atmosphere at Berida. You have everything you need without even leaving the hotel. Comfortable rooms, an amazing restaurant, fireplace and bar. Make sure you book dinner!
Our only comment is like last time more products in the room like body lotion and we hope the jacuzzi gets fixed or upgraded. Really cannot fault anything we loved our stay.

Good service, comfortable warm room, maybe a little smaller than expected
Mostly good

Lovely stay at the Berida. Have been several times and always enjoy. Beautiful property with great facilities.

An old mansion converted and extended into the current hotel meant it had history and class. Parking is easy out the front and the bed was a magnificent king bed.
The TV is in an awkward position meaning you must twist and sit on the bed to watch it.

The staff in the hotel and restaurant were exceptional.

Staff were incredible, friendly, efficient and went above and beyond. Thank you so much
Cocktails were superb.
Bar was lovely with the fire on and lovely service.
Easy check in and check out.
Decor was thoughtful and warm in common areas.
It looks great from the outside and has a country manor feel, However in a rather suburban part of Bowral
Overlooking other homes and very bright car park
Lights. Walls are super thin so you can hear neighbours TV etc. The bathrooms are cold without proper heating and the pressure was poor.
The lighting and decor in rooms leave a lot to be desired. They have really tried to bring about a feeling of warmth and the feel of a Country home but sadly missed the mark.
Breakfast at $38 or $25 with a Berida membership included Great service however it was an extra charge for a barista coffee. I wasn’t quite sure what to make of that, most homes have a higher standard of coffee now.
For $450 a night I expected a little more from this 3 star hotel.

good atmosphere and interior design
loved the gym and the pool
heating in the room was way too hot when we entered, took a long time to get it cooler

We absolutely loved the Berida Hotel. The decor was gorgeous. An open fire place was perfect as it was freezing outside. Loved the Gin and Whisky bar, the bar guy was very knowledgeable. The Restaurant Sociale was top notch. Loved our little getaway.
We had a couple of minor complaints being the room was too hot. You couldn’t turn the heater off in the bathroom which made the room very hot. My second complaint was when eating in the restaurant you could see the kitchen as there was an open window looking out to the restaurant. When the meals were ready the chef clap his hands twice really loudly to notify the staff of service. As the restaurant was quite full it got very annoying. I actually thought it was rude. The waitress rolled her eyes. I’ve never ever seen a chef do this. It would put me off eating here again.

The room was warm & cosy & the decor is stylish. We were very impressed with the restaurant. delicious food & the staff went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs.
Our new favourite place in Bowral!

Clean and tidy room.
Only 1 chair for couple and no table or chairs to enjoy room service meal. No power point for kettle. Had to use power point in bathroom. Also freezer in fridge needs defrosting.

The room was a little on small side, we were only there one night so it didn’t really matter. Bed & pillows comfy. Hitel staff at reception were great.
Bathroom was nicely renovated just toilet was not clean from previous guests. breakfast was ok not worth full price of $38 joining the berida members brought it down to $25. we ordered coffee in morning and it took 40mins to arrive. The omelette and pancakes we ordered after coffee arrived first and breakfast staff did not seem in hurry to serve us.

Lovely Restaurant and Bars.
Early morning noise coming from the driveway entrance at the front of the Hotel

Lovely hotel. Had a nice dinner too. Felt very comfortable here and would very happily return.
We had the junior suite which was ideal as we could put our 2.5 year old to bed in the bedroom, and still have a place to relax.
Location very nice. Easy access to everywhere.
Breakfast wasn’t great, although they made a nice pancake for my daughter. Also, not sure why a proper coffee is extra charge.
Pool facilities are great but the water temperature was too cold for my liking.
6.0
location , nice sense of grandeur
cold in rooms , difficulties establishing payment due, excessive coast for breakfast , lack of heated towel rail.
