Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was very good.
No complaints.

The staff were a delight....access was easy. Ideal for a short visit to Cardiff.
Pity no Breakfast, continental would have been perfect. But other than that it was perfect
4.5
Lovely meal at the restaurant. Friendly staff. Lovely bathroom
A little noisy on the second night, guests moving about.

The location was ideal
Just expensive for the size of the room but we did go when Coldplay were playing so I understand why they charge so much.

Top class
4.5
Friendly staff, helpful & lovely, clean room with lots of facilities
Going to a concert, so didn't have time to try the restaurant, but will definitely try it next time we stay there!

Location was good
Extra costs.
On match days, every drink in the area is a £1 extra, (Apparently to cover the police costs) On arrival the first question asked was "Are you here for the rugby" Friendly question, but looking back, a leading question. As a visitor to Cardiff for the rugby it appears a free licence to make money.
Cost of meals at the hotel for the two nights for three people was £400. When asked why so expensive and was told it is because of the rugby.
Therefore a good location if you are going to the match, but do not eat there, stay well clear.

bathroom exceeded expectations. room very comfortable and warm. plenty of tea/coffee and milk

I was pleased to find a restaurant located just downstairs. I did not need to go out into the dark alone.
It would have been nice to have a charging port for my phone. Decaff coffee would also have been good.
4.5
Good location, tidy room, comfy beds, good shower. Friendly greeting from staff
Road a little noisy but to be expected in a city

Was perfect nothing to complain really

It was central clean and the staff let us book in early
Expensive when there's no breakfast included

Fantastic attached restaurant. Excellent cuisine and lovely ambience. Staff welcoming and helpful, trying to accommodate on arrival, despite the fact that we were early.
Advertised as B&B BUT informed, only on arrival, that it was bed only, i.e. with no breakfast. Room was not great and certainly not good value for money. It was small/cramped and tired/worn looking, also, without the usual selection of tea and coffee. Only one tea-bag per person and no decaf coffee or any other beverages, i.e. chocolate; tea varieties etc.. and no biscuits; even more disappointing since there was no breakfast provided. Toiletries very basic. Not a cheap booking option & without the attached quality restaurant and proximity to town this 'B minus B' had no redeeming features.
4.5
Fantastic stay, room was clean and comfortable, just what i needed. The food was fantastic, and the location is ideal. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.

Overpriced at 85 was in an annexe which I had to enter and through a busy restaurant.it was in a courtyard next to kitchen and catering equipment.shower blocked and didn't have handsoap

Room was fine for a one night stay.
Expensive for one night stay with no breakfast, apparently a great deal cheaper in the week.

No breakfast provided but that was fine by me. There was a concert on the night I stayed so my room was a bargain compared to other places in Cardiff. I’ve eaten in the restaurant a few times and the meatballs are the best 🙂

Very friendly and comfortable.
