Breakfast was basic. Upgrade to pool access room was great.
Location was too far from centre with no shuttle service from hotel available. No shops or bars or other amenities around the streets except for Kabu Cafe. Cafe at hotel supposed to be open all the time with bar etc, but was only open for breakfast and up to you how to get lunch, tea, etc.

good location
nice staff 😊😊

The location is easily accessible from the main road. It was quiet and peaceful.
The pool quality wasn't up to par. There was a hole on the ceiling. Many amenities were inoperable or visibly damaged. There were substantial amount of dusts under the beds.

breakfast
room facilities , booking app photo very good, but actually not good

Internet wifi access is disabled. Breakfast doesn't protect against covid19, especially no plastic gloves for scooping food. So bad.

Check in and check out very quick.
and efficient.
The hotel is too far from town.

The swim up pool room was just what we wanted. Nice relaxing chairs on our porch and easy access to the lovely long pool. Really enjoyed that you could swim so far. Most staff were very helpful and I loved that I got a big pot of tea with breakfast. Toast was great. There is a beautiful tree at the end of the pool. You are close to a great Italian restaurant
We had asked for two singles and were given a double. Asked to move and told there were no rooms available until the next day but the hotel was pretty empty. We moved the next day but it was a little inconvenient. I am guessing that there weren't any rooms made up. Beds were a bit hard. Breakfast was also included in our rate but the receptionist said it wasn't. We got the breakfast but it was very basic. I think because of Covid, they have gone for a simpler menu. The place has definitely suffered from lack of visitors and some upkeep needs to be done once they have more funds. I feel bad leaving a negative comment because it is not really their fault, so please come here, but just have realistic expectations.

Since we are staying with the whole family we like it the silent of the place. The kids can go out by themselves and play alone with out our support.

The Kindness of the general manager
The first room we came in, was very very smelly coming from the toilets.
We had to change room, the second room had no safe they had to transfer one from an other room. The new safe was not working, they had to come again and repair it.
The door key was no working properly they had to come again and change the locker.
They were no sun ombrela at the swimming pool.
There is no beach 🏝 close to the hotel you have to take a shuttle or a taxi for at least 5 to 7 kilometers.
Very simple breakfast No yogurt, eggs were cold and no choices only sunny side up.

Nothing worth mention.
The Hotel does not have basic amenities. It is far away from the Sea beach although in the booking.com website it was mentioned on beach. The hotel is neither very clean nor its linens. The towels were torn from the sides. The hotel being on a highway it's very disturbing that whole day and night abnormal sounds are heard from speeding vehicles and motor bikes. The swimming pool is not very clean either. The condition of the shower was very poor. The hotel is around 7 kms away from the down town. The Guests should avoid this hotel. Booking.com is also becoming unreliable.
