Basic but good value for money

Basic rooms but it was clean, tidy and good value for money. Staff were friendly and it's an excellent location. Pool area is nice.

No kettle in the room which is a necessity. The window to the hallway had a translucent curtain so the room was bright at night - had to put towels over it to block it.

Reasonable price with clean rooms and kind staff

Really kind staff and always there to help and nice pool

Breakfast is missing cheese, not much space for breakfast, guests who don't like families but it's not on the hotel it's just Hua Hin. We call it grumpy grandpa city. The beach smells like pee from the horses and the water is green. We saw no one relaxing on the beach. We didn't either because of the pee smell

Excellent centrally located hotel. East walk to night markets, piers, and beach.

Beautiful garden, intimate hotel, super friendly and accommodating staff.

The location was fabulous, one street from the beach. A plethora of restaurants within walking distance. As the hotel is set back from the road it was lovely and quiet. I would stay here again.

The bath had mould round it. the water in the shower was luke warm at best and the only thing hot at breakfast was the coffee

Good location and nice, no frills hotel.

Good location, parking was available. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Pool was nice.

The rooms all face a courtyard so there isn’t much privacy. American breakfast was a bit basic - I think they bought it in and then microwaved it. There was bread and jam though and fresh fruit so not a big negative.

The perfect location with wonderfully helpful staff. Great value for money.

I'm a repeat customer because this hotel is excellent value for money. It's very close to a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, massage parlours, money changers, and just 200 meters or so from the beach. The staff will go out of their way to help you and always with a big smile. A full English breakfast was served every morning.

My main gripe is the weak internet connection. I always have to work when on holiday so this was very inconvenient. Also, the breakfast, which was very good, could be hotter in temperature.

It was okay but not worth the Booking.com price.

good location. Lot of drinks in minibar. a lot of electrical plugs.

pool was small. shampoo and body wash was generic. Towels were old and rough. Bed was hard and 2 beds put together. Duvet and sheets felt old. not much parking. The hotel price for my room was 899 but booking.com charged me 1600. What a f'ing ripoff

Nice location

Nice location. Family room good size. Nice garden setting. Staff very helpful and nice. They understood when we wished to cancel breakfast. ( only coz little choice of options due to restaurant closed with Covid) We would return.
