Well heated, good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Safe storage. Great breakfast.
8.0 / 10.0

Clean, room was spacious for two people. They serve a decent breakfast (although it’s the same daily), most importantly the staff — they’re all sweet and accommodating!
A bit of an uphill walk from the main plaza. But nevertheless it’s a short one. The views make up for it!

Breakfast was good entailing scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt, and endless tea, coffee, and mate de coca. Location was ideal being so close to the Plaza de Armas
Walking back from the Plaza de Armas we had to walk past bars and clubs with goonies hanging out and drunk. I have 2 teen daughters and they got cat-called so much. This of course had nothing to do with the hostel, but we had to walk past that mess.

Location was superb. Just 5mins walk to main square
Breakfast was really pleasant, with great views
Really nice and hospitable staff
Some people occasionally making noise outside, in the back alley at night. But to be fair, this is not a problem of the hotel, but with few disrespectful people

Staff went over the top to help us out, view, price, food (to go sack breakfast was awesome if you have to leave before breakfast time), location, cleanliness, and facilities. Great place
Room was a little stuffy if a window wasn't left open. A few smelly dive bars down the street from the hotel that we had to walk past at night from the main square, but that's not the hotels fault. The location was still great.

We were upgraded to a larger room due to off season. Lucky that most of our stay, it was sunny and the view is spectacular .They would always ask us what time do we want breakfast, pack us breakfast whenever we have early tour. Help us look for taxi, room service massage and 1 day laundry. All staff greet us with a warm smile. The place is also near plaza de armas. And along they way there are also a lot of restaurants
None.

Our 1 week holiday includes a stay in Aguas Calientes for a night. We ask if we could leave our suitcase as it is not allowed to be brought. They said we could leave all our things in our room as it will not be given to other guest which is really great so we don’t need to pack all our clothes. This is really helpful and beyond great service.

The responsable, Ernesto, and his staff were always very helpful, especially in the turbulent times Peru is facing right now. The location of the hotel is super central and the rooms have nice views. The water in the shower is hot and you get a heater for the called nights. Tea and coffee is always available. You have good wifi signal.
We stayed for a week and breakfast was almost everyday the same. Cars don't go up the street, but to Plaza de Armas it's not even a 10 min. walk.

Everything was done asap with a smile. Everyone made you feel at home and the hotel was beautiful very clean and close to everything. View from the room, verandahs and the breakfast area over the rooftops of the city were amazing. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection. I will stay again

very kind and helpful staff, in a great location with a fantastic view of Cusco from the dining room. the room was nice with a comfortable bed and a window that also had a great view. the room and the rest of the property feels clean and well attended to. breakfast was simple and just want I needed before venturing out into the day. again the location is really well situated- making it super convenient for grabbing a great coffee from several excellent coffee spots: Three Monkeys, Dwasi - or a toast/treat from a sourdough bakery cafe: Cercania Pan y Cafe - or a delicious dinner around the corner: Organika. everything needed was walking distance away. and the staff gave me great tips for what to see for nearby ruins - including less commonly known Incan spots that were so special. great stay.
the rooms are great but a room nearby the entrance can mean hearing the coming and going’s in the early morning. this is a personal response to sound. and the hotel was quick and helpful to get me placed in the perfect alternative room. so it ultimately was all good! very good.
the other note - is the hotel is on a bit of a hill. I had acclimated to the altitude so I wasn’t too winded by walking up hills, and I’m in fit health - but I could see how it might be a bit challenging for those who are neither fit or struggling with the altitude and want to immediately walk around Cusco from the hotel. note - taxis can pull up directly to the hotel door, even if they tell you otherwise.

We stayed at three occasions in the accommodation. The views were nice from some of the rooms. Breakfast was a small selection, but very fresh. People working there were friendly. It was convenient and close to the main square.
In the room close to the reception there was quite a bit of noice from people trying to get in late (ringing door bell and then phone) and people going on tours very early.
The last time we stayed here we had booked a room with a view but didn’t get to stay there. After mentioning this we were told that the room we got was also comfortable (which was true, but not what we had reserved).

Location very close to Plaza de Armas and all the nice restaurants. The rooms are very nice and sufficiently equipped, also very quiet area. Showers are hot, the staff are helpful. There is even a phone in the room to contact reception! We had our luggage stored when we went out for the weekend to Machu Picchu, no problems there. It’s also a good little hike uphill from the Plaza, just enough to burn some extra calories 😬
Breakfast is ok, could have some more options. The bread they serve, which they serve all around Peru I guess, is kind of empty inside, missing fibers.
