Staff, food and the location.
The Geckos. Lol!
4.2
The three-bedroom bungalow was spacious for 6 people and very well equipped. Excellent breakfast included. Lovely location right on the reef with great snorkelling and sailing.
4.2
Personel dry no interaction

The beach was very nice. The restaurant was convenient, and the food was great. We loved the location of the oceanfront room and the accommodations.
Although the servers were great, the wait for the food was usually long, and the food is pricey. The live music on Caribbean Night was very loud, and we had to yell to talk at dinner.

Stayed in 1421 with rooftop deck which was amazing. Very comfortable and spacious. Staff was great - special shout out to Alicia, Gary, and Vaneese I wish I would have written down all the staff names as everyone was great!
Limited restaurants but food was great !
4.2
amazing rooms. incredible space.
only one restaurant.
4.2
Staff was very helpful, great welcome and easy check in.
The outside bar area was not as clean as I would have liked.
4.2
Nice beach, large and comfortable apartments.
Service is very slow (island time), staff is aggressive and not very helpful and they want to be tipped for everything, in room dining choices and hotel restaurant are too basic and too expensive (for the quality of food). External food choices are a bit better (there is a delivery app for it) but be prepared to go all the way to the reception to get it (no room delivery and they don't allow delivery to come in). This place is closer to a furnished apartment than a hotel.

all went well. location, personnel, cleanliness, beach access and accommodations. very nice
nothing
4.2
very clean. right on the beach
unfriendly staff. watching another guest die on the beach

location
too expensive

Dining areas were ok but not what I would come back for, some areas could have been cleaner, staff was very good very helpful at all times. location was ok but not walkable to other restaurants or shops.

The butler staff were extremely helpful and pleasant! Alicia who runs the afternoon meal service and bar is amazing!! So sweet and service friendly really made us feel welcome! She should oversee the breakfast service. Location is perfect in terms of beach and snorkeling. As far as going places you will need a car or taxi to get anywhere.
The wait staff for breakfast were honestly terrible. The resort offers “complimentary” continental breakfast, HOWEVER you have to wait to be seated and served the complimentary breakfast, you cannot serve yourself and the staff are in no hurry to assist you! One morning I waited 20 minutes to be seated (first in line) with 3 open tables, 2 more opened while I was waiting and once seated I waited another 15 minutes to get coffee, again 20 minutes to place my order which only happened because I got up and asked if I could order the whole breakfast took over an hour and a half for a cup of coffee, cold cereal and a bagel, nothing cooked! We had similar experiences two other times and just stopped going after that. And the morning staff are simply rude, they don’t make you feel welcome at all!
4.2
clean, easy to get around, variety of amenities, close to snorkeling reef
limited seating, small hot tub, beach erosion
4.2
Beach in front of the property is great. Breakfast was ok with limited options.
customer service could have been more better.
4.2
great location at quieter end of grace bay . lovely beachside tables in restaurant
expensive for what you get
4.2
Location was perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Beach was amazing. Landscaping was beautiful.
Room could use an update. TV was old and damaged. Alarm clock was damaged. Bath tub was mildewy.
4.2
nice and comfortable bungalows
amazing beach
The service is inconsistent, eg: they forgot to bring items in your breakfast
Very low quality of bathroom toiletries , eg: you have to use the body soap as shampoo
Food is also inconsistent, fish tacos don’t have fish , nachos are totally soggy
4.2
The location was superb. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to assist us. It felt like a nice quiet getaway. Very relaxing. Use of non-motorized water craft was nice.
Internet was a bit slow. Use of non-motorized watercraft was nice but we wish there were more boats available, specifically kayaks.
4.2
Being able to dine on the dunes was romantic and peaceful. This is a small quaint resort and the snorkeling is only a few steps outside the hotel.
Inform customers there are only 3 taxis on island that takes credit cards and the remaining taxis only take cash. It cost approximately $16 - $23 to go anywhere on the island.
4.2
location, friendly staff, clean room, peaceful and quiet not rowdy.
limited breakfast options in the meal package. when ordering from the poolside bar they only let me do take out and wouldn’t let me sit and be served.
4.2
Excellent location. Wonderful view of the ocean from the pool deck. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Best snorkeling and non motorized options.
The food on the premises was just OK and slightly overpriced. Especially dinner.. “Caribbean Night “ dinner food was disappointing and the meal was overpriced.
4.2
Beach, reef, water activities, pools, bungalow. Most service staff were very helpful.
Food was over-priced for the quality.
Would be good to have airport shuttle service as part of hotel package.
4.2
great location for snorkeling right on the beach
lack of restaurants/bars
4.2
The Hotel itself was beautiful and the staff was great. It is right at the beach which is what I loved most of all.
I believe that the food menu needs more choices. I think that they should have more water activities
