Room was nice. Kitchen was nice. Little patio area was nice as well. Beach and water were great. Construction was constant loud and annoying.
Loud construction next door

There was no breakfast provided. Breakfast at the restaurant "Somewhere" was the only good food at any meal.
The reef just off the beach was pretty good.
It was not a hotel. It was individual condos rented by a management company. There was no lobby, no elevator or bell boys, or concierge. The office was pretty dingy and they were not helpful. There were many lovely hotels nearby and this was the worst property in The Bight.
Worst of all was the very loud construction noise next door; only about 200 feet away from our unit. Went on for about 10 hours a day. We anticipated some noise from next door construction, but this was way beyond our worst expectation. We only found out about it AFTER we booked when most properties were full.
Really no activities organized by the condos. They told you to look on the internet which was not very helpful or comprehensive. Apparently most properties have concierge staff who are familiar with what is available and know the operators.
The on site restaurant was terrible. Lousy Tex-Mex.
I would strongly advise against someone booking this place. We'll never never go back!

I loved it ,but I’m glad we rented a car because it was to far to walk anywhere.
there was a lot of drama from the bar on site at night, people were over served and loud ,arguing every night.

The staff and especially Bessma(front desk reception) was friendly, helpful and even helped us with making reservations for our excursions. Bight Reef(best reef) right in front of the hotel.
Room 2312,is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. I was told that this is a "boutique hotel" which are actually privately owned units/residences. Rm 2312 is dated, drapes in living room were coming off & not even attached on one side, upholstered club chair had a nail sticking out of top side and ripped my husband’s shorts as he was walking behind it to shut broken drapes.Skillets were old, spatulas and cooking utensils were old, cheese grater broken, furniture was dark, beat up, dusty & dated, and lighting was so dim and lamp in living room not even connected to a nearby outlet. The bed pillows were old, cheap, lumpy & uncomfortable (I recommend you bring your own), floors were filthy(my husband walked barefoot when we first arrivedand his feet were completely black), Sliding glass windows in living room and master bedroom were smeared and filthy, glass table top was filthy w fingerprints, The safe in our room did not work, so we were told to use other safe in 2nd bedroom, which also didn't work and were told they couldn't get batteries to get it working. My husband had to complain that it would be ridiculous for us to have to take our valuables to beach or any where we went, because we had no operating safe. The manager finally went out and purchased a new safe for our room(at least that). .For what we paid, Unit 2312 (we stayed 1 week) was over priced. My recommendation is to avoid renting room 2312. The other units in Coral Gardens complex were updated, light, well maintained and cleaner looking than rm 2312. The individual owner who owns this rental clearly needs to maintain furniture, deep clean his unit, fix drapes & purchase new kitchen cooking items. I would have gladly spent the money on the other nearby rooms that Coral Gardens offered, great place as long as you avoid Rm. 2312.

location was perfect!! Check-in was great -room ready when we arrived. The staff person that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. She showed us to our room and oriented us to everything.
The staff at the restaurant was the biggest hinderence My daughter and I went in to have a snack . We waited 10 minutes- no one came. A couple came in sat down - a server was with them in 3 minutes! We were still waiting. So we decided to leave- ironically we were thanked on our way out!

Nothing really!

great location on the beach next to the reef and Somewhere restaurant.
no gym. a small store for convenience items would be nice.

Great location on Grace Bay - convenient and oceanfront!
It’s a little outdated. The lazy river wasn’t working and I heard that it’s been down over a month. The condo needs to be updated with new fixtures in bathroom.

Our 1 bedroom ocean front suite was beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we needed for make our 5 night stay comfortable and enjoyable. The balcony door opened wide providing a beautiful view of the beach, ocean, and sunset. Coral Gardens is located in a quiet area with a very nice beach and a reef for snorkeling. The staff is helpful and friendly and there is a reasonably priced restaurant (Somewhere Cafe) located onsite with good food. Boat tours picked us up on the beach.

It is right on the beach.
It does not have a hot tub. The on site restaurant is tex mex.

Laid back, great beach proximity, overall great value for money.
Wish they had kayak rentals like Windsong next door.

Location, location! Right on the reef and we stayed on the beach level so it was easy to run out at sunrise, sunset and every moment in between. The apartment was so well equipped, very thoughtful hosts. A big thanks to Scott and Vern at the guest office.
If you don't hire a car you'll need a taxi to get to basics like groceries for breakfast (cash payment only). The cafe on site doesn't open until 12 midday but it's great to see so many visitors from outside the hotel come to eat here and swim at the beach in front of the hotel.

the view was excellent from the 3rd floor. We took room 2302 and it was awesome. I love the airconditioning and the ammenities!!!
No phone for emergency

Great location on the beach with easy swim to coral and fish. Perfect for swimming, easy access by short drive to shops and restaurants. Free chairs and umbrellas on the beach for Hotel residents. Two small pools on property, nothing fancy, no shade. Amazing views from balcony.

i loved that it was right on the beach and theres a coral reef right in front.
i liked how big and spacious it was.
i also liked that they had a restaurant on property.
i didnt like that i couldnt speak directly to the hotel after booking to support us with planning.
i also didnt like that the office closed at 6 pm.
3.5
Nice accommodations with kitchen, TV service, AC, ocean view, small restaurant onsite, best beach towels, good parking, direct access to beach, next to snorkeling locations, beach chairs and umbrellas for property guests.
Balconies are located in a way that all neighbors can see each other, so little privacy there. No elevator for the 2nd and 3rd floors for luggage. Kept running out of beach towels. Sea floor directly in front of the hotel is rocky and good for snorkeling, if you want the sandy bottom, need to move up or down the beach.

great location beautiful beach and reef right outside your door!

Right on the beach, easy walk to Grace Bay hotels and amenities nearby. Scotty at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Somehwere was an excellent bar.
Dishwasher wasn't very good and needed to wash by hand, not a deal breaker by any means. Overall the island expensive but that is no fault of this establishment.
4.5
The walk out patio is perfect for families with children and remote workers. Easy access to beach and pool and can still catch a glimpse of the ocean.
