Breakfast was good. Property beautiful location excellent away from hustle and bustle. Nice to have a pool to cool off in after long hot days
Pool water cloudy. We left a dress hanging in the washroom by accident. Staff said it was never found. It was there 100%
Rooms small but typical of euro hotels.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was fabulous, close to the Vatican and only a short distance from many other sights. We enjoyed evening walks returning to the hotel after dinner. Staff was exceptional. Very responsive, informed and helpful. We felt extremely well looked after. The accommodation was the perfect choice for us as a family of four. We had two bedrooms and a private pool to enjoy leisure time after sightseeing. The spa was equally good.
As family accommodation it would have been helpful to be able to transform one room into a twin. The actual indoor space was rather small.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good and pool was lovely after a hot day of walking.
Superb location too.
Room could have had more comfortable sofa and a fridge would have been handy.

The location
The food too expensive for the taste and type of food.

Great hotel - really one of the best I have been lately - the facility is great, modern, clean and the staff is super nice and helpful. The location is a winner to walking trips across Old Rome. Breakfast was rich, generous and very good.
A small misses - toilet water in one of the rooms was malfunctioning - even after asking this to be fixed (which happened very fast) it didn't work 100%. Also, in such modern times much more USB sockets are needed near the beds for mobile devices charging and smarter TV that can stream content

A lovely hotel in a great location with wonderful staff.
The hotel was quiet (it was January!) which meant the main restaurant was closed and breakfast was quite bespoke each day.

Location couldn't be better. Very quiet. Nice garden and great pool area to relax over the cocktails. The folks at the concierge service were extremely helpful and went extra mile to arrange everything for us. A nice bar/restaurant for light meals.
Nothing really comes to mind. Be aware that it's on a hill so if you'll need to walk up from the Tevere bank, but that's just some healthy extra exercise after all that dining out!

Beautiful, luxurious hotel with a view of the Vatican. Gorgeous accommodations and impeccable service. We were offered an upgrade, and the staff actually took us to the two room choices so we could decide! Champagne and fruit were waiting for us as well. The pool are is gorgeous, although we did not use it because it was a little chilly. First class service all around!
We had trouble with the light switches. If we turned the reading light off, the power for that outlet cut off, so I couldn’t charge my phone bedside. I’m sure it was something the staff could have helped me with, but it was late when I realized this, and I didn’t want to bother them. it is also quite expensive, but it is extremely nice!

The breakfast, pool area, and pool itself were great.
However, when we arrived the door lock and key card did not work and we had to go through reception every time we wanted to get upstairs.
The second night, we asked for an iron for the room, a couple of hours later there was still no iron. When I called they said they can't bring one but instead they offered someone to come pick the shirt up and iron it. As it was the only option we agreed, to our amusement we were charged for that.
The entire time we were at the hotel there was a renovation going on, one of the nights went on until 9 PM or so.
This was quite a curious stay.

Beautiful place, exceptional service, very accommodating stuff
Arrived 5 hours prior to check-in time, were offered breakfast and waiting by the pool. The room was ready much earlier. A bottle of wine was a very pleasant addition.
