The location was incredible. Literally the Colosseum was at the end of the street. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.
The apartment was very cluttered, with lots of knick knacks and unnecessary clutter on the benches. A big clean out and making it more minimal, would make it feel alot more spacious and usable. I would recommend getting rid of half the stuff, particularly all the extra ornaments in the kitchen and bathroom.

Beautiful house, with all the amenities you would want and also inkinds! Great host and very responsive and communicative. One of the best locations, in center, but also on a quiet street. Just a bit loud in some nights, because of the irish pub in front.
Irish pub in front is a bit noisy late at night. Not sure if disturbing neighbors is a normal thing in Italy, but in other countries noise should be kept inside the restaurants.

Very close to everything! The place is very clean and the host is very nice and helpful!

The location of this apartment was perfect. So close to many restaurants and a 24 hour market. Just around the corner from a taxi stand. The apartment is clean and well-appointed with TONS of towels! The neighborhood is residential but the apartment was across from a pub. There must have been a great match on TV because we heard some cheering one night, but it was not bothersome at all. The treats awaiting us upon arrival were a pleasant surprise! The host Manuela thought of everything to make this apartment feel like home.
There is a street lamp that shines directly into the front bedroom. So either ask the host how to operate the shutters or bring an eye mask for sleeping :)

Location is close to Coliseum and easy to get to other places by walk
Air conditioning not working in the rooms, mosquitos and there were not enough blankets so didn’t get good sleep the 2 nights we stayed there, not good value for the money

The location its great is just a block away from the coliseum, and there is a Taxi spot and bus stops near by so its really easy to get around, you can also walk to any other main attractions just fine

The location was fantastic! Close to the Coloseum and the Metro as well as restaurants.
The master bedroom needs blinds as the streetlight is very bright.

there wasn’t anything specific I didn’t like

Excellent location. Enough space for a family of 5 (3 children). Manuela was super helpful and always happy to help and answer questions.
Can be noisy at night as it is located at the first floor and located in a busy area.

nice location, very close to Colosseum and nice restaurants and in a building with lots of character
only airconditioning in 1 room that had to be turned off during the night! 1 fan for the other 2 rooms. which was not enough. The walls are so thick it keeps the heat. We didn’t sleep well.

Location-Very close to the Colloseum(3 min walk)
Apartment was very nice and clean and nicely decorated (as you can see from the pictures).
We were in touch with the owner Manuela before our stay, she was waiting for us in the day of arrival.

Great location of the apartment. Everything is within walking distance - shops, restaurants, bus and metro stops. The Coliseum and Parco del Colle Oppio are a three minute walk. Due to the location of the house there are very few tourists and it is quiet on the street.
The only problem was the lack of internet. The network name and password did not match those indicated at check-in. Spent two hours finding out. As a result, Monica was unable to help, and the issue was resolved by resetting the router and restoring it.
