Muito barulho

Café da manhã sensacional. Boa localização.

Quarto quente durante os dias de verão, com necessidade de abrir as janelas pra ventilar, no entanto o barulho intenso dos trens atrapalha muito o sono. Banheiro apertado.

Well kept historic building in a great location

The breakfast could improve. I found some dirty dishes mixed with the clean pile, the bread was not fresh either.

gut für kurzaufenthalt, wenn bahnhofsnähe erwünscht.

Lage neben Bahnhof perfekt. dadurch aber etwas laut und die fenster halten strassenläm etc. nicht gut ab. Gebäude auf den 2. Blick nettes Art deco aus den 1930ern, auf den ersten blick nur hässlicher betonklotz mit "Glotzfenstern". Nur wenige Art deco zitate wie bronzefigur am Dach oder eingengsbereich. frühstück ganz gut.

zimmer wird nur auf wunsch gereinigt. das steht klein auf der zimmerkarte aber man wird nicht darauf hingewiesen. zimmer sehr sehr klein. badezimmer ok. art deco anmuting minimal. eher "altmodisch" eingang nicht einladend gestaltet. auch unter tags, eingangstüre viele stunden versperrt. man muss läuten, oder schon einen schlüssel haben.

Läget!!

Nära till allt,mysigt att det hela tiden fanns frukt och kaffe. Bra frukost.

Sunkigt,två helt olika stolar och epoker.kladd och ingrott klet på vägg med tv.Ingen städning på grund av miljön om man inte frågade okej om tipp topp från början. Det här kan ni bättre Astoria. Stenhård säng och billiga kuddar.

Insomnia was close.

The hotel is beautiful and nostalgic. The breakfast was good and service was also very good. I also liked my room and it was very clean. The central Railway Station and Tivoli are right next to the hotel.

The location is terrible if you need to sleep. On my side of the hotel the noise from outside was very loud: people, cars and fireworks from the Tivoli. Didn’t get much sleep unfortunately.

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit viel Charme das ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Der Duschvorhang hatte schon viele Stockflecken und sollte unbedingt ausgewechselt werden.

Rengøringen kunne godt bruge et løft på kvaliteten fx. Rengøring af fliser og fuger i badeværelset. Defekt lampe ved seng.

Une magnifique découverte

Le déjeuner et la proximité de tout (gare, Tivoli, ville, endroit à visiter etc.)

L’aménagement de la chambre, le lit contre le mur est pas très pratique pour se lever mais c’est vraiment un léger détails.

Not for light sleepers!

Location is next to the train station and a walking distance to the city center. It’s also very clean. I like the overall ambiance of the hotel.

The windows must be single glazed because I could hear all the noise from the street. My room was on the second floor facing and I could hear everything from the street below (including I believe trains) all night long. So it’s not conducive for sleeping.

Et dejligt hotel, hvor man kan slappe af i rare omgivelser

Meget venligt personale i receptionen. Et dejligt roligt hotel med en behagelig stemning, smagfuldt indrettet. Jeg havde et værelse på 3. etage, så der var også en fin udsigt. Og så er nærheden til Københavns Hovedbanegård en stor fordel. Jeg kunne også godt lide morgenmaden - der var en masse at vælge imellem.

Morgenmadslokalet blev efterhånden fyldt op, og jeg bemærkede, at der var nogle gæster, der var nødt til at vente lidt, før de kunne sidde ned. Det var ikke mit eget problem, for jeg havde fået en plads, men jeg kom også ned til morgenmaden forholdsvis tidligt.

Hotel maravilhoso mas com quartos minúsculos.

Localização, em frente à estação. Decoração aconchegante. Limpeza, funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom, chique, com vista para a rua (estava nevando).

Quarto pequeno. Pensei ter reservado um quarto grande, com sacada, conforme álbum de fotos. No entanto, minha reserva foi para quartos de 15m, apertados, desconfortáveis. Não havia percebido. Sugiro que essa informação fique mais clara nas fotos. Solicitei a troca mas o hotel estava cheio. Só esse ponto foi frustrante.

Quiet, comfortable place to stay. Would stay there again.

Staff was absolutely great. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make sure our stay was good.

Bathroom could have been updated and the Wi-Fi should have been secured

I traveled with friends and there was no breakfast table open to accommodate all of us. When I asked the breakfast staff person if I could combine tables, he frowned and told me no. I was very disappointed

Perfect location for using public transport, very welcoming.

Staff were all delightful. Reception & lobby really lovely and a nice feel. Great breakfast.

Great location

The location is perfect. Right beside the station. An easy walk to lots of places and also to all forms of public transport. The hotel is lovely, in an old-fashioned way. The staff are helpful and attentive.

I'd have preferred more coffee sachets, but I didn't ask.

Copenhagen is a beautiful but a very expensive city

The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to the station and a simple bus ride from the airport. Everything we needed to see and do in Copenhagen was on our doorstep. Its a beautiful city, but mega expensive! The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The room was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Requested a quiet high room when I made the booking. Room on the first floor - hardly high !! It was on the corner of the hotel with busy cross roads directly below. I was advised that as near the station, train noise was to be expected but this was not an issue, it was the road noise. The weather was hot but could not have windows open due to the noise. Hotel provided ear plugs but sleeping with something in our ears did not appeal ! There was a fan in the room which we had to have on each night - not ideal when trying to be green !

Basically good but avoid high summer

The hotel is Art Deco and we liked its style. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel doesn't have air conditioning so we had to leave the window open. The noise was continuous and very loud. It wasn't train noise but people and cars revving to create noise.

An Expensive But Convenient Hotel To Stay In At The City Center

I stayed at Hotel Astoria twice (June 6-June 8, 2023, and June 21-June 22, 2023). It is a historical building so it is not modern in any way, no air conditioning in hotel rooms so I ordered a fan ahead of my arrivals. However, the lobby has a nice seating area and the hotel serves an unlimited buffet breakfast for 4-1/2 hours with good, delicious, and nutritious foods. Hotel Astoria is a short walk from the train station if you want to take the train from Copenhagen airport. You get off on the third train stop. To exit the train station to go to Hotel Astoria, find the McDonald’s and Starbucks, and exit there. You will find lots of parked bicycles outside, and you will see the hotel name right away. It costs only 30 cents one way to ride the train, but make sure you ask someone at which track number to go to - it can be tricky. Better yet, if you can download the train App, it’s better. There are places to eat and places to buy groceries in the train station, if you want to save money. For Hop On Hop Off tour buses, walk to another hotel nearby; ask the Front Desk for the name of that hotel because I forgot. I rode City Sightseeing; the Front Desk told me Red Sightseeing is a better choice - I didn’t know. Tivoli Garden is across the train station on the front side of the train station.

Expensive. Hotel rooms and elevators are small. The hotel room door was very tricky to me at first, but I learned to lock it properly with the help of 2 front desk employees. Simply stated, just close your hotel door from the inside; it automatically locks; Do Not use your door key to lock your door - You will regret it!
