Great location, near to the best restaurants. Big and spacious room. Nice pool

Breakfast was a long walk away to a different hotel, should be stated in description. Matress was uncomfortable (dipped on one side)

La villa era super bonita, amplia y limpia. La cama muy espaciosa y comoda al igual que las almohadas. Vinieron a limpiar cada dia. Muy util la cocina que utilizamos para desayunar tranquilamente. La verdad esque ha completado la vivencia tranquila y relajada de santa teresa.

Eché en falta un poco más de limpieza al entrar en la villa, la nevera, fundas de cojines… Estaría genial que las clases de yoga pudieran ser también en castellano

Absolutely wonderful space and amazing value for money

Very spacious, very comfy and private. The king size bed is amazing and so comfy. The facilities are good, the kitchen being in the living room means when you cook the smell goes round the place but that’s a picky thing.

Good for families and couples right in the center of the town

The apartment was lovely. Very clean and lots of space. I liked the yoga offered and the location was great

There were instances of black outs, water stopped running as they were doing construction. There was also a party going on where there were 50 people in the pool and our room was right outside of that area and it was so loud we couldn’t relax in our room.

Not cleaned properly Staff no local knowledge of the area Staff missing from reception for most part, not locking up phone No air con in bedroom Lots of ants Our bags were left unattended in left luggage at side of reception desk as staff had gone awol.

Great location, close to beach, supermarket, restaurants/cafes, shopping, and offered activities like yoga and surfing! Felt safe and comfortable

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Bit of grime on the shower head and in the toilet. Lots of mosquitoes and bugs but to be expected in the jungle during rainy season!!

Comfortable quick stay

Beautiful landscape and plants surrounding the villas.

There were cleaning spots left unattended. The shower had green mold coming out of each tiny hole. There was a roof window that haven’t been cleaned in a long time.

Location was good, 5 min to the beach. Staff was very friendly and supportive.

Well, the kitchen wasn't cleaned when I checked-in. I was tired of complaining by then so went to the grocery store, bought cleaning stuff and cleaned it myself. The place had cockroaches in bathroom and kitchen. I caught cleaning staff sitting around in my apartment typing on their mobiles twice, thus cleaning was very superficial indeed. Clothes came back wet and still dirty from the laundry so you might want to do the laundry somewhere else. Also it's not a quiet place with music on all day from the reception area and maintenance work going on. Kind of ruins the otherwise relaxed atmosphere

modern, minimalist and chic in the heart of Santa Theresa

beautiful space, refreshing plunge pool and a little off the main road so nice and quiet. clean linens, equipped kitchen and a nice little outdoor private hang space. the toiletries smelled great, and there was plenty of storage too. the staff were kind, and the breakfast/brunch menu was reasonably priced and looked delish. wish we could have stayed longer!

place was surface clean - could use a deep clean (lots of dust and dirt behind the bed, sink, etc)

Nice experience at the hotel, great value for money

Large room that had every thing we needed (king bad, large shower, equiped kitchen, tv...); the staf was very nice and helpful; the location was close to the beach and to the center of town. Very good value for money!

Nautilus is a fantastic boutique hotel with well-equipped villas and a great location--loved it!

Nautilus is a well-equipped boutique hotel with great amenities. The one-bedroom villa is the perfect amount of space for a couple and it is very comfortable. Unlike many other places, the entire villa stays cool throughout the day so you can escape the heat. The front porch features nice hangout space with chairs and a hammock, as well as a small dining table. The bathroom is spacious and nice and the bed is very comfortable. The pool is a great spot to hang out at and do work throughout the day. The yoga shala is also lovely and yoga classes are offered 6 mornings a week. The management is extremely responsive and provided great communication throughout our stay. The location is a short walk to the Selina beach entrance and Super Ronny's #2--hard to find a better location than this! I'd gladly stay at Nautilus again.

The WiFi is a bit spotty at times but management is very quick to resolve any issues with it so it is not a concern. Everything else about the place is really fantastic!
