굳 스테이

레이크뷰 방이어서 좋았음. 런드리코인워셔 등 부대시설이 유용하고 직원들이 친절함.

굳이 개선할 필요는 모르겠으나 패브릭이 교체된다면 좋겠음. 숙소의 커튼, 침구 등 패브릭 디자인이 너무 안예뻐서 방을 더 저렴하게 보이는 역할을 함. 민무늬면 더 나았을텐데..

Hidden Gem

Modern, clean facilities with a great view of the lake! Great little kitchenette. Nice and quiet. Good place to stay on the way to Milford Sound.

Minus the cold, great place to stay over on the way to the sounds

Nice layout and bathrooms were heated, easy location

Arrived in evening and cabin was absolutely freezing, heater on wall didn’t put any heat out so partner went and got another heater from reception. Not a lot of bedding provided considering there was 3 beds in room. Made do for the night.

Alles prima, nur Kleinigkeiten

Es ist alles schön sauber und eine gute Aufteilung, die Einzwlzimmer sind in meinem Bereich neu gewesen und alles hat gut gerochen. WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert und das personal am checkin war sehr nett. Es ist aktuell ziwmlich kalt nachts, aber in den Zimmern gibt es Heizungen (die leider keinen regulierbaren Thermostat haben, also vor dem schlafwn aus machen!!).

Unpraktisch dass es kein Equipment in der Küche gibt (es gibt welches zu mieten, aber das merkt man erst spät). Allerdings muß man sagen, dass vermutlich die Gäste schuld sind das alles fehlt. Wenigstens Gläser, Besteck und eine French press wären aber toll.

Safe but outdated

Having a separate space was nice. Parking was easy. Location felt safe and clean. The apartment had the things as described. Location is either a advantage or drawback. A bit out of town, but near nice lakeside and bird sanctuary.

Felt very outdated. Strange smell in the room. Did not feel cosy inside.

A mixed bag

Very clean facilities. Ealing distance to town. Shelter from the cold.

No cooking utensils really makes a difference in the comfort of the place. Not even a chopping board to make a sandwich. My partner and I had broken down in our van and had to stay 4 nights. We were told about the discount if you stay for 2 nights by a lovely brunette lady at the desk! We had to book 3 more nights after this and were not allowed to use it due to them being separate bookings (we kept getting delayed with our van so didn't think we'd have to stay that long). A younger woman at reception was unwavering in her decision to help us out despite us having spent a lot of money over the weekend at the campsite. She also told us if we had rang, she may have been able to modify the booking... We had rang... Twice...

Fabulous place to stay!

The location is great close to town and the lake. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Nice and peaceful time of year to go in May.

There was a communal room to chat, eat and charge items. The kitchen was useable. Various areas for camping. Freedom of choice.

You had to bring your own cutlery etc... The toilets and showers were all closed at the same time for cleaning so had to find alternatives which isn't ideal.

Beautiful stay at a Great family friendly holiday park. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Nice clean and spacious room. Great location to lake front and township. We enjoyed an amazing Hike up the Keplar, and it was so nice to come back and enjoy the hot showers and cozy room.

You could slightly hear through the walls to the neighbor room, but it was not too bad overall.

Rooms were nice and tidy. Not a fan of shared bathrooms but these one weren't too bad

The communal kitchen wasn't great: incredibly busy, and lacking equipment and cutlery, so I had to eat with a wooden spoon as I didn't have my own!

Comfortable stay, in an excellent location for Te anau and travelling to Milford Sound

It was great that as a group of three we could stay in our own private accommodation. It was warm, clean and comfortable

Trying to cook and prepare food on the kitchenette was tricky at times due to the space and the hob was very slow and the frying pan was too big to sit on it right. If we stayed longer would have used the communal kitchen space

Decent for price, would stay again.

Great location, friendly check in staff, clean and simple room as expected for price with a good heater if needed, string and hot communal showers.

Walls don’t block sound so you could hear neighbours and people walking down main corridor. Pillow a bit thin.

Struttura accogliente e silenziosa. Asciugamani morbidi.

La rete wifi nella stanza non prendeva. Diversamente da quanto scritto nella prenotazione l'asciugacapelli non era disponibile né in stanza e neanche su richiesta alla reception.

Good positioning.

No Wifi to our unit - seems a situation they are aware of but not able to fix! Kitchen poorly equipped - No side plates or egg flipper - which are basics. Only one small pot & large frying pan! No hooks or shelves or bed-side cupboards. With just a bit if thought & very little money spent these cabins could be excellent!!

Mooi park, goede faciliteiten. De douche is fantastisch, een van de weinige waar ik met mijn lengte volledig onder pas. Locatie was top en personeel vriendelijk. Ook de gedeelde keuken een eetruimte waren prima.

Great location for Real NZ tour packages

Exceeded expectations. Perfect location for Real NZ tours. The room was warm, crib had an extra mattress, full kitchen supplies in our deluxe studio. Got an early check in as well.

The clothes drying rack was rather flimsy. The kitchen was a bit confined, but it was a studio after all.

Comfortable place, everything was nice and clean. We loved the unlimited shower (if you are a backpacker, this is all what you want and need :D). Kitchen and common area was small but comfy - we were there out of main season, so it was not crowded. We have been staying in our car so I cant say anything about the cottages :).
