Excelente para descansar

La habitación fue muy amplia y limpia, el personal muy amable siempre

El lugar donde se ubica no parece ser muy seguro, está cerca la terminal pero justo eso hace que sea una zona insegura

Good prize and comfortable

Very nice rooms for an super decent prise. The breakfast at the restaurant was not included, bu it wasn't expensive and it was very good. Recommend it to anyone travelling on a budget. Taxi to the city center is like 40 pesos.

There was a lot of noise in the evening outside, but it didn't disturbed us that much

staff was slow, apparently they do not have too many booking.com customers, it took a while to find my reservation plus they asked me to pay when I paid through the app. additionally: they Parking my car and taking my car keys all the time? not cool

quality according to the price, low

breakfast ok and reasonable price room price very cheap, but room minimalist

pillow not confortable. bathroom clean but old style Lavabo too low not cozy at all.

Rooms don’t have AC or fan to get some air flow. Also there is a gas station which has music on loudly all night long.

It is a fair price for what you get

I just wanted a hotel that is close to the freeway so I can rest for the night and continue the trip, that I liked and that it was a fair price

I had to park my car outside at the gas station because they don't allow to park your own car, they only have valet parking and I did not want to leave my key with them because my car was fully loaded with bags and stuff

it was ok for a short stay, 1 day.

The hotel itself and the room was ok, staff nice. The wifi was good, and it was very helpful to have a dedicated work space with a comfortable chair. I also appreciated to have secure parking.

I disliked that there was no window to the outside! It was very dark, and i really don't like waking up when the sun is shining and i have no natural light in the room at all, having to use artificial light on a bright sunny day. I only stayed for one night, so it wasn't a huge problem, but i definitely wouldn't want to stay longer, it would make me feel depressive! There was a coffee machine with capsules, but no capsules were provided. No spoons or any other utensils either, for a business suite, it was very basic.

The best thing about it is the location

The best thing about the hotel is its location across from the bus station. The room is clean but the layout of the rooms face an interior common area with people walking around. The window doesn't open and you keep the shade closed, so it's somewhat claustrophic. But the AC and heating work fine. It's not a place you'd book to stay in the room! The neighborhood is dicey, but the hotel feels secure.

The refrigerator didn't work and the safe deposit box was already locked. The bellhop said he would send up the mechanic quickly. When no one arrived, I called reception who said that since it was Sunday, the mechanic doesn't work! She offered a change of rooms, but as I had already unpacked and was in the room for a short time in the evening -- no problem. The room was clean but the desk area is stained and furniture is very old. Again, a fine place to stay overnight for its convenience to the bus station.
