Brilliant stay!

When I first arrived, I was early, the lady on the desk took my bags so I could go explore! I had a small issue with my first room, but it was quickly sorted by the lovely Lauren! The room was comfortable with easy use heating and air con it was sound proof as well with the only thing i could honestly hear was an ambulance outside passing by,The bathroom had a lovely shower that had soap and towels. Tea and coffee makings are available for free in your room and are all in a small drawer tidied away. There is a lift available. At night there are guards on the door after 11pm which as a solo traveller gave me peace of mind. The breakfast was lovely with loads of options for everyone! I really enjoyed my stay here everything was just perfect! The lovely bar tender knew how to make a lager tops so we had a giggle about that. I really recommend Sleeperz it's in an ideal location too so it's close to all amenities. Overall I'm really pleased with everything it was wonderful I will be back!

Modern but cozy hotel next to the central train station

Very convenient location next to Newcastle central station and the Metro, where trains to the airport leave about every 15 minutes. The hotel building and rooms have a modern, but warm and welcoming style. My room was very nice, and it had air condition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice too, and very clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately I couldn't try breakfast because I had to leave for my flight and I stayed in Newcastle for only 1 night, but I would like to try it next time :)

Great value and location, everything was easy, staff great, will stay again.

Great location, facilities fine, easy access, easy checkin/out. Didn’t eat there so can’t comment other than breakfast seemed expensive, hence not eating there

Pillow not comfortable but didn’t see the spare ones on shelf until morning, maybe put 4 on bed? as stayed as couple. Bathroom could have been cleaner but was ok.

Location, close to train station, price, room was clean.

I was in room 201, in Newcastle. Only down side was the constant extractor fan in the bathroom which droned on all night.

Només et donen un tipus de sabó per la dutxa, res més. No hi ha servei d'habitació cada dia que passes allà. En 3 diea no va passar ningú per l'habitació.

Thought I had already paid for breakfast but staff confirmed I hadn’t and needed to pay extra if needed.

Original room unavailable for check-in and promised time 3pm. Swapped twin room out for family room, but bunk beds were too small.

It’s my 5th time staying at this hotel

I’ve stayed here five times and it never lets me down. It is right next to the train station, which is very convenient. Nearly everything is walking distance from this hotel and there are lots of bus stops nearby. The room is always impeccable and the staff are super helpful. They also offer to keep your bag once you check-out so that you can enjoy the city on your last day and then collect it for free.

Some things need fixing/updating (e.g., this year the pop up sink stopper in my room got stuck). But these are minor details, as the staff will always fix it as soon as they can.

Great value for money and perfect location wise

Always stay here if we need to stay over in Newcastle for a gig etc. Pretty basic rooms but usually great value for money and super close to the train station and city centre action. Manages to remain quiet too.

very affordable and good location, mostly clean

floor hadn’t been cleaned it was a little grimy, loud people in other rooms, pillows were paper thin, air conditioning unit was extremely loud so had to be turned off

A great little budget hotel!

Was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help me with things. Close to the sights and bars etc. A great little budget hotel.

Some not great people stayed causing problems but this wasn't the hotels fault.

Quiet room, good breakfast, drinks and dinner. Location excellent for central Manchester, trains and metro.

Good value for money in Newcastle City Centre

The decor of the hotel was cool and modern. The bed was very comfy. The location was pretty good; not too far of a walk from the centre of the city.

The walls are a bit thin so we could hear people in the corridor, in other rooms and also hear street noise from outside. This disturbed our sleep slightly but not too much. Maybe bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper!
