Clean, comfy and quiet but basic

Location was good, short walk into town (around 10 mins at a leisurely pace) and bed was pretty comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly, nice and quiet location.

Its a small thing but shower had no shelf and soap dish spun round and wasnt secure, so had to put my soap, face washer, shampoo etc on floor. Also leather on chairs was damaged and peeling and looked disgusting.

This has to one of the best hotels ive stayed in Bendigo.

very spacious, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel and will be rebooking.

Excellent value for money, clean and very comfortable stay

very friendly staff member on arrival who walked out of the office to show me the way to my room

some noise carried from the room next door (interconnecting doors)

the car park is tight and quite tricky to get in and out of when there are other cars as well my room had a joining door through to the next room. there was a lot of noise I had to stuff towels under the crack at the bottom of the door.

the joint alley balcony was very noisy as smokers tended to meet there.

Bycast leather furniture was 'breaking down' and leaving stains on clothing.

Pubic hair on bathroom floor, long black hair in shower. Pool & pool area was very small. Not suitable for a family.

The room was nice and clean

I did not enjoy the bed. It was ment to be a queen bed but it was two singles pushed together, which ment there was a gap where the beds joined and so uncomfortable. And the beds all up was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs.

staff where very nice

could hear music playing from the next room for most of the time, shower wasn't cleaned properly as there was hair on the walls. not enough parking for the hotel as we couldn't park in their. internet connection/reception poor

if I had to fault it, it was the tv reception.
