All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved that I received a call during the morning to check on timing of our arrival and anything else we needed. We felt very well looked after.
The wine selection is a but thin; maybe a few other options would be helpful.

The house was just beautiful. It had everything we needed. It was beautifully presented and just so warm abd comfortable. We were 2 families sharing & it was perfect.

We liked the friendly welcome we received from the gentleman at the reception desk. Our room was very roomy, the parking had a space to unload luggage between each room, we loved the internal courtyard we looked out on, the bed was well presented and the bathroom had two handbasins.
There were no evening meals on Friday, Saturday or Sunday but reception gave us good alternatives which were not too far away.

Breakfast was good. ordered poached eggs, done perfectly. Coffee is good.
The beds are very hard and I did get aching hips when laying on my side. They could do with a large pillow topper or comfortable mattress topper for the older crowd.

We loved the location of Julie-Anna Motel, the King Size room was beautifully decorated and equipped, the bathroom was large and well appointed. Room was quiet, car space well located. We will use this motel again and have recommended it to friends and family.
We could not find fault with this motel. Staff were accommodating and extremely pleasant.

Very comfortable, spacious and luxurious room. Great value, lovely setting and very friendly staff. Bed was large and comfortable, bathroom immaculate and also large, lovely shower and fittings. Nice, relaxing lounge area opening out onto pretty garden. Very well designed.
Only one thing, and that is that there were no eating/cooking utensils, only a kettle and cups/glasses. A microwave, toaster, cutlery and plates would be helpful, just to heat up a light meal if you don't want to go to the restaurant on the premises, which seems very nice and handy. Still, overall, a great place which I look forward to visiting again.

Location was great, the place was beautifully quiet. We checked in late night, but staff was very helpful and understanding.
There was a pod machine & coffee pods in the room, but no milk at all. So we had to go out to get a coffee. Perhaps a small size UHT milk/cream could be left in the fridge in case someone likes a coffee with milk.
4.5
Comfortable, luxurious, convenient, friendly.
No microwave or utensils

overpriced. we expected better for the price. coffee machine - no. comfortable bed- not really. seemed like a much cheaper hotel but with bigger rooms.
4.5
The ambience and cleanliness!
Unfortunately, my partner and I locked ourselves of the room and tried calling the emergency number several times but there was no response and we had to drive back to Melbourne!

The layout of the property is excellent (central courtyard), and the guest facilities were very good (e.g. the guest laundry.
There was nothing I disliked.

Great location opposite Lake Weeroona and walking distance to the cbd and great pubs close by for meals and a drink at the Lakeview Hotel and the Tyson Reef Hotel.

Perfectly adequate breakfast + easy.
Nothing! It was exceptional.

We love the location, the size of the rooms and bathrooms, the convenience to city and gorgeous lake views.
Bed not as comfortable as previous room we stayed in. I have a back injury and hard beds cause me pain. I will request favourite room number next time.

Fantastic location, plenty of good-sized parking. Rooms are large, clean and well furnished. Staff were friendly and helpful
