Staff not so friendly.

Near to center. Nice place.
.We stayed one night (Saturday). This was a big mistake because at the back, 10 meters from the room, there was an outdoor club with loud music all night. After complaining at the reception, they gave us earplugs and at least we got some sleep.

Good location.
Friendly staff.

very nice staff, helpful all the time, give us some snack on our Colca Canyon trip and store our luggages for 2 days.
very very very noisy. There is a bar right next to it and we have not sleep not even for a minute. The bar played techno until 5AM, so no sleep at all. It destroyed the whole stay.

Really nicely decorated, great location and 24 hour reception so easy to do early tours. Room was very cool which was nice as it was so hot. Room clean daily. Shower was amazing, great pressure and hot water.
Walls were thin so we heard the doorbell every time someone entered and left. This happened all through the night as people arrived and left.

Very nice and helpful staff, clean room and great location, it was perfect, I would definitely go back there

Everything was great, from the staff to the room to the location.

Great Location, super comfy bed, clean bedclothes, awesome service, really friendly staff.
After raining, it went into our room and our stuff got very wet.
They don't have many furniture to put stuff on, the shower had some leftover hairs from the previous people sleeping in the room.
4.1
The room, the water, breakfast, the staff were friendly, the place was quite quiet

Villa Sillar is a well managed posada near the historic center of Arequipa. They serve breakfast on the roof each morning. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. I stayed here several nights and had no issues.
The hotel itself is quiet but there may be some ambient noise from nearby activities in the neighborhood.

Attentive team, good breakfast, excellent ratio cost/comfort

location was great, and the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The kids loved the house cats!!

Everything!
The breakfast is very good
The rooftop is amazing
Beds are comfortable
Toilets are properly working
!!!! DO NOT TAKE THIS HOSTEL ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY!!!!
There is a place nearby where they play very loud music (kind of rave party) until 4am, thus very difficult to sleep

It is a good hotel for the price. Nothing to complain about during the week. But at the weekends i highly recommend not to go there. There is a nightclub next to the hotel. There is so much noise because of the loud music, that it is impossible to sleep. The music stops at 4am. So until 4am you will not be able to sleep. The walls are so thin and the window is not isolated at all.

Location is great and you are literally sleeping in sillar! They hold our bags for like 3 days, and were super nice to us. The staff allowed us to use their own phone so we could fix something with our flights. We actually had warm water!!
They charged us for shampoo... which it should be included.

The staff was attentive. The location was excellent with multiple minimarkets and laundry service within steps; main attractions were also a couple blocks away. Breakfast was good with fresh blended juice and scrambled eggs.
The same breakfast for five days was a bit of a drag. Having to rely on the staff to gain entry to the building, I sort of felt too closely monitored; I'd have liked to enter the building with more freedom.

A wonderful, centrally located hotel. The rooms were a great size, with comfortable beds and the best large hot shower in the whole of Peru. The staff are super accommodating and they deliver a nice included breakfast. Definitely would recommend this property, and it is particularly amazing in the cold weather!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Lively location throughout the night
4.1
Friendly and helpful staff. Showers are hot.
It can get noisy if other guests sit and chat in the courtyard late into the evening since there is little insulation.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and help us make the most of our trip.
