Locatie was voortreffelijk. Mooie stad. Personeel weinig contact mee geweest, maar deden hun werk naar behoren
4.0
Large room for three people.
Bathroom was a poor design, difficult for my Mum to get out of the shower as the door hits the toilet.
3.0
One of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve slept in
Easy walk to the Convention Centre or the Oval for the footy
Great Cafe “Peter Rabbit” nearby
Spa Bath with plenty of hot water
Smart TV so can watch streaming TV
Needs a makeover as decor and fittings seen better days
No restaurant/breakie on offer
A bit cramped in the 2 bed setup
Traffic noise from Nth Tce with Ambo sirens during the night on the way to the Hospital
4.0
Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and good location
Couldn’t check in earlier; understandable but it was still a bit sad
3.0
The room was very clean . Beds and sheets were comfy and clean. they are spacious with a bar fridge and a kitchen sink.
You also have tea/coffee,kettle.
We visited at the end of June, so it was winter time. The room was cold and we had to use the electric heater all the time we were in. The room does not have usb sockets nor cutlery.
And there is no light at the side of the beds

This hotel is great for when you have tickets to a gig in the city (in our case, Her Majesty's). You can walk to and from this hotel and your car is safe in the parking lot out the back. Our room was comfy, warm and quiet.
We had the standard room with no view but a brick wall. On the flip side, there's no road noise to speak of, so pros and cons...

Helpful staff
Clean
Comfy beds
Location
Carparking
Only a tiny window for the room, quite dark and gloomy
No microwave or means of heating food, toaster etc, given hotel has no restaurant (don’t expect anything full on but a microwave, a toaster and some plates/cutlery would be handy)

location was amazing, bed was sooo comfy, nice and clean. really enjoyed our stay and will stay again
can’t think of anything we didn’t like
4.5
Lovely spacious quiet room. Great location. Staff very helpful.
Not much room between toilet and clean towels

sorry this is what I didn’t like about motel and I’m a regular client
fire alarm went off but no door knock no roll check
my brother has sleeping meds and if he was on his own well I’d hate to think where he’d be today if it was a true fire but then we’re unaware of what type of fire it was as no communication at all
do you have regular fire drills?
where was the motels fire warden?
felt in safe

although the decor is very tired, the hotel was immaculately clean. The mini bar was well stocked and reasonably priced.
the water pressure in the shower isn’t great.

Location was good, initial check in staff was good, friendly. It met our needs, just.
Staff don't acknowledge you when you enter or leave property, a hello or smile would be nice. Not helpful when asking for assistance.
Couch stained, maintenence and motivation seemed lacking. Room not restocked fully daily, used towels not taken away on day two, New bathmat not supplied, fridge not restocked.

great location and close to transport links

Some features need upgrading - toilet and facia in lifts and on bathroom door

the hotel room was really clean, great facilities, everything that you could need for a comfortable stay and the location was great
noise outside construction work but having said that, that can’t be helped and not the fault of the hotel
3.5
Proximity to RAH for convenience.
Mess in nearby doorways along the street and all the Graffiti

Staff were very helpful, for example I checked in early and while the room wasn't ready they stored bags and gave a ring once the room was ready.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Liked the bedside light switch/USB charger. Wifi worked well.
Short walk to the North Terrace tram stops.
The room was decently sized.
I did get one of the internal rooms which felt dim and closed in.
There is a single old lift that serves the 4 floor hotel.
Unless you're going to the Uni SA/hospital area you'll have to either hop on a tram or walk a couple of tram stops to get to more interesting locations.
Noise did carry at times but not enough to be annoying.
5.0
Convenience to CBD and tram access.
No food available. However, there was food down the street.
4.0
Really comfortable beds.
Room 101 on a really noisy road opposite a building site who start at 6 am, Sunday night must be garbage collection night.
Be careful of the stairs down to reception from the car park, on the left side looking into reception the stairs are very damaged and falling apart.
3.5
Staff were friendly
A very gross smell in the hallways..
